Inconsistent standard. Left us a messy home.

We have used Flybusters in the past and had fantastic service. In our recent treatment, the technician left boot prints all over our floor. He also over sprayed, leaving puddles of wet pesticide throughout our home. We complained, and asked for a partial refund (since we had to mop our floors after treatment, and frankly it's horrible coming home to see someone else has left a mess), but according to them, the amount of wetness was normal. They did offer to mop our floor for us, kudos for that. They said we had to leave it to dry for 4 hours, but that was not provided in the prep info, and the technician himself said to come back in an hour. Considering we know what a great service looks like from them, it's hard for us to believe that what we came home to is acceptable. Liquid was literally dripping from furniture and pooling in corners of our windows. So they are good if you're lucky to get a great technician. But if you get a less professional technician who leaves a mess in your home, it's "normal."

I don't know what they use, and I don't care. 3 summers ago we used them and no flies. Last year I used what I thought was a similar spray from the supermarket on the outside and windows and we had flies everywhere. This summer we used them again and no flies. Very good. I would thoroughly recommend. You still have the odd one, but they seem to just go elsewhere and are completely manageable with a can of spray.

Fly busters came to our house this week and what a difference!
We previously got a different company to spray out house before Xmas as they could do it straight away.
Lovely people but unfortunately there product was hopeless, pretty much did nothing.
As we have three chickens for our boys we put it down to that, but now after fly busters have been in it s gone from about twenty in the open plan to pretty much zero!!!
I can not recommend fly busters hightly enough to anyone! Worth the wait over and over and worth every pennie!
