Booking online was easy. Location is a little bit out of the way but satnav got us there. Simple speedy process. Bus was about 10-15mins to the airport. Polite and friendly staff and drivers. Excellent service.

I have used APH dozens of times, but when I notice...

I have used APH dozens of times, but when I noticed that they'd put a deep 6 inch scratch on my Mercedes last week, because I didn't notice it until I had pulled out of the carpark into a filling station they refuse to accept responsibility.
They did not respond to phone of emails, I had to go back to the airport to get a direct line to a member of staff who would only stick to strict rules and would not consider any goodwill gesture for my years of service.
If they don't damage your car they're fine, but do check before you leave the premises as they do not bother to photograph the vehicles when they're returned to the airport as this presumably would lead to people being able to prove the damage.

Booked a weekends parking through APH, all seemed simple enough until we actually arrived at Manchester Airport. The car reg wasn t recognised so we took a token to open the barrier. Realising our mistake and risk of being charged, we drove out to try again. Called CS and went through a right old rigmarole to explain our situation. No car reg booked in but finally found us by the reference number although the name was incorrect. On return the same issue. Good job the CS staff are so understanding, they must be used to it. My confirmation had the correct details but APH clearly didn t pass this onto Manchester Airport.

We have used APH for many years and have never had a problem. Your car is parked in a secure car park throughout your holiday and the transfers to and from the airport are regular and efficient.

Will not be using this company again.

Will not be using this company again.

Bus picked us up, and we were on it for 35 mins after the bus having to go back to the airport to pick up more people!

Cars parked too close in the car park, we had to move our car out of the space to load our luggage.

Finally after landing at 2:30 we got in the car at 4:00.

Not recommend this company unless you are in no rush to get home!

Although I didn t actually use the Parking service...

Although I didn t actually use the Parking service from APH the Customer Service I experienced was outstanding. Whilst on the premises I experienced back pain that required an Ambulance to be called. An employee of APC called John went above and beyond his duty to help me. I would like to thank John for going out of his way to help me. Thank you. Anna

We APH very efficient and secure but mostly the gentleman driving the bus going and coming back was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived back the man who returned my car keys was very pleasant and helpful excellent service definitely will use again.

Shuttle buses every 15 minutes is a lie. We waited...

Shuttle buses every 15 minutes is a lie. We waited 30 minutes. Not what you want at nearly midnight when you're tired from travelling and have an hour's drive to get home. They weren't even apologetic when we rang to ask when the bus was coming.

All in all, using this company added nearly an hour to our journey time. I won't do it again and am looking into other options.

Whilst we were waiting, FIVE skyparks buses came by plus several from other parking companies.

Other than that it was ok. Drop car off in an industrial estate car park and hand over keys. The exit from the car park wasn't particularly clear. I asked other drivers where it was and they could see the signs either in the dark.

Good value parking, efficient, made the holiday more stress free as known our car was secure.
Children liked the fish aquarium near the desk and good seating while waiting.
Will use again and highly recommended.

I have used APH car parking at Manchester Airport ...

I have used APH car parking at Manchester Airport for over 10 years at least 3 times year and have always been happy with the service I have received. Today, after a very long 24 hour Journey from Miami, my husband and I along with our 3 exhausted (having had no sleep) children boarded the APH transfer bus dragging behind our luggage. We were greeted by an extremely rude bus driver who demanded we show him our ticket. I told the bus driver that I didn't have my ticket as I had misplaced it ( I admit, my error, but i'm hardly going to go to a garage where I haven't parked my car). I opened up my emailed and proceeded to show him the confirmation of my booking with APH with the return date being today. The driver was aggressive and stated that we must have a ticket or he couldn't take us to our car! He refused to read the email I tried to present him with, saying it's not the company's policy to look at information on a phone. I explained again that I didn't have the ticket and that wasn't going to change. I suggested he give the car park a quick ring as no doubt they would clear the problem up in no time and confirm that we were parked at APH. He did not attempt to do this but just said that he had been at work since 6am and it wasn't his problem.
For a company that states on their website that they " provide an efficient, friendly service" I was struggling to see the evidence of this.
Obviously Myself and my family refused to get of the bus as the pedantic bus driver was clearly just having a bad day and we arrived safely at the car park, where to such surprise our car was there waiting for us. We proceeded to collect the keys from the office, again we were asked for our ticket (as to be expected) we explained we didn't have a ticket (probably in the bottom of one of the suitcases covered with 2 week old dirty socks and souvenirs). This man was much more helpful. Simply asked for to see my passport after which he handed over the keys.
I pointed out to the man on the desk (who was slightly more cheerful) how easy it would have been for the bus driver to have been as accommodating as he had been, only to be told that the bus as CCTV!! I then told the accommodating man on the desk that this was great as it would provide evidence should any of my belongings in my case be broken due to the sheer force in which the rude driver of the bus threw my bag on to the luggage rack!
Nothing about the service we received today was "efficient" and it certainly wasn't "friendly"!
I will not ever use APH parking at Manchester again and I will certainly not recommend the company as I have always done previously.
