John Dipalo is hands down the best realtor. He always listens to your needs and wants and finds the best possible house for you without any stress or pressure. I used him to buy my first house and now on the the 2nd. Couldn t be more thankful for his guidance and professionalism.

This review could had been extremely long but I didnt want to come off as a huge jerk given I know a realtor who represents this realty company but I'm putting much of the blame to this particular agent who failed to notify buyers agent of which a property they confirmed to view she put under contract just moments after confirming a showing of the property.

Our family and our realtor spent many hours changing plans to last minute arranging this evening to go see the property in question to make an offer. We all arrived with a response from sellers agent that said a contract went through and offers went from a few in the afternoon to "7" offers later on in the day and the owner apparently went with one that went with the listing price.

Just so you know, we were prepared to go $8k above listing price before we arrived just because we knew going in that other offers were made on this home. But the shittyness the sellers agent pulled was we were confirmed to attend, and wasn't notified of a contract at listing apparently being accepted shortly after our confirmation.

I'm pretty sure since listing price was reached, closing was satisfactory, the agent likely didnt suggest other potential buyers to sellers because it became a done deal.

Perhaps your seller will see this and know your thirst for a commission check cost them a higher offer on a property because you couldn't wait til the end of the day to close possible incoming contracts.

Lilliam Miranda went above and beyond to help me on all the process of my new home, I will be forever grateful with her for being such an amazing support thru all the process. I recommend her to everyone!! And if you are looking for your new home she is definitely the one!

Terrible company. Shoddy listing. Cell phone pics. Unresponsive. They set me up with a buyer that didn't have proper funding, had me move out of my house, then we never closed. Now they refuse to terminate the contract and they think I have to let them sell my house.

Be warned!!! Stay Away!!!

Danny was very easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions. He helped me sell my house and find my current home. He was sensitive and supportive to my needs and fears.
