When I was a small child in the early 1980's I used to play on your very expensive and delicate experimental Solar panels while my mother rattled off documents on her huge word processor inside. I rate you high because they were some of the best playground equipment at the time. I hope you finally updated her noisy floppy drive. That thing was so noisy.
We receive phone calls from this company daily, even after the fact that we explained to them that we are NOT a residential home this is a medical office that your calling, please remove us from the calling list. Rudely they hung up the phone, and called again an again every single day.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Rarely does someone answers and when they do there's no confirmation of anything except a transfer to someone else's voicemail. By the way no one returns any calls either! Absolutely horrible!
Great facility for research and learning. Also has a number of EV charging stations on the Northeast corner of the property including a two plug ChargePoint L2 station (with J1776 style plugs) and a Greenlots turbocharge, L3 station with two plugs (one Combo plug, one Chademo plug).
Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) is a leading energy research center in Florida, established in 1975. The center has been at the forefront of renewable energy research and development for over four decades, providing innovative solutions to meet the state's growing energy needs.
FSEC's mission is to promote sustainable energy technologies and practices through research, education, and outreach programs. The center conducts cutting-edge research on solar power, wind power, hydrogen fuel cells, biofuels, and other renewable energy sources.
One of FSEC's primary goals is to develop cost-effective solar technologies that can be used in residential and commercial buildings. The center has developed several innovative solar products such as photovoltaic panels that are more efficient than traditional panels. These panels can generate electricity even on cloudy days or during low light conditions.
FSEC also conducts extensive research on wind power technology. The center has developed advanced wind turbines that are more efficient than traditional turbines. These turbines can generate electricity even at low wind speeds.
In addition to its research activities, FSEC also offers educational programs for students and professionals interested in renewable energy technologies. The center provides training courses on solar panel installation, wind turbine maintenance, and other related topics.
FSEC also collaborates with government agencies and private organizations to promote sustainable energy policies at the state level. The center works closely with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to develop policies that encourage the use of renewable energy sources.
Overall, FSEC Energy Research Center is a valuable resource for anyone interested in sustainable energy technologies. With its cutting-edge research facilities and innovative solutions for renewable energy generation and storage systems; it continues to lead the way towards a cleaner future for Florida residents while contributing significantly towards global efforts aimed at reducing carbon emissions from fossil fuels consumption.
In conclusion; if you're looking for an organization dedicated solely towards researching new ways of generating clean & affordable electricity then look no further than Florida Solar Energy Center!
