Florida Insurance Center Review

I would not recommend or deal with Heather Houston while she knew she could save my family money on our homeowners insurance with a simple wind mitigation report included in our homeowners policy for the past 4 years she only mentioned once in 2016 and recommend it and then disrecommended it in the same email which is odd because a quick $75-$100 inspection report would drops our homeowners premium more then a hip roof discount ! while now in 2020 shes increasing premiums and deductibles yearly on all coverages a b c d as she pleases example our 320k dollars home with a policy set at 500k thousand dollar dwelling coverage why ? so unprofessional also she quoted me 3000+ dollar policy now getting same coverage with the wind mitigation report for 1800 dollars in a time of a pandemic we actually see who really helps I recommend not renewing any policies go to a big city s agents in Tampa or Brandon
Or Orlando they will give you half the price she quoted with similar coverages. Pictures below

If you want 15 calls a day about health insurance be sure to contact them. I am not sure how I got on their list but I can tell you that they have no concern for your time or desires. Even when asked to be taken off the list, if you can get them to stop talking over you, they refuse to acknowledge that you are not interested in their product. You will have multiple opportunities to do this as there are at least 4-5 sales people calling multiple times a day.

I really enjoy working with Heather and the value she provides. She compared what I had, discussed my needs, and found the coverage that worked for me and my family. Did I mention she saved me over $2000 annually from what I was paying? It cost me nothing to give her a shot and ended up being one of the best decisions I ever made.
