Dr Matar was welcoming and asked to hear my heart story and experiences up to that date, including hospitalizations and cath history. He carefully explained his approach and answered any questions I had. Medicinal approach was discussed at length and in a friendly approachable manner.
I was remiss in ascertaining what manner and/or vehicle I shouldn't use in contacting him, especially in times of urgency. I prefer written contact as I can refer to it in stressful situations to make sure I have correct information. The USF message system did not get a response from the office.
I did get an email response eventually for which I was very grateful. And once everything was set in motion, an appointment was made quickly to address an issue of importance to me. Thank you to all who were of significant help.
