I'm very happy with service of FloraQueen and with...

I'm very happy with service of FloraQueen and with their Customer Service. I want to tell about three different things about this amazing company:

1. They help me to deliver flowers to distant location without extra payment. But location is really far away from the city and of course I understand that they had extra expenses. But they deliver it and even when I offer to pay them for that, they told me that it is not necessary.

2. Also I'm very happy with their service, because there is a situation with the delivery and they immediately called me to my mobile phone and explain the situation. Thanks to that we immediately found a solution and everything was done in proper order.

3. And third one is about my experience with Customer Service staff. They are extremely fast, nice and helpful. I work in service industry for 10 years and I can recognize when people do more than they have to do. When they want to make you happy. This is what I saw from the staff of this company.

So, I highly recommend the services of FloraQueen! My review is 5+/5!

Online ordered Flowers were a day late, no refund, just an apology and a 20% coupon for my next purchase . I appreciate the gesture but it ruined my Mother s Day surprise. A refund at least for the shipping cost would have been more appropriate.

Update: FloraQueen reached out again and refunded shipping costs.

If I could give minus stars I would. My mom placed an order as a surprise for our anniversary. They were 3 days late for delivery and tried to deliver on a day where my mom CLEARLY stated that noone would be at home after 16:00. I arrived 20 minutes after the attempted delivery. Called the courier back immediately and he said he would deliver the next morning. I have not heard anything since. Customer service then tells my mom that it's not their fault that we were not at home (even though they were notified that we wouldn't be!!) And they will not refund or replace the order. It 's absolutely disgusting behaviour and theft in my opinion. We will be taking this issue further. You cannot steal people's money and not provide the service you promised.

The flowers were prepared very well by a local florist and delivered on time. I reached out to customer service as the florist had selected the delivered status too early and service rep was very helpful to update me on the order. Well done!

Flowers delivered on time. Of 12 roses, 3 were broken at a height of +/- 10 cm. Of 3 alstroemeria, 1 was broken at the same height. Many browning petals on roses. Photos available. Impossible to find a suitable Customer Attention e-mail in Spain.

I informed FloraQueen of the problems. They reacted very quickly and sent a replacement bouquet of the same flowers! I had not expected this and I was delighted with their customer service.

FloraQueen is the biggest scam ever!!! The ordering process is quick and easy, giving the impression they are a great company. That's when the problem starts. The flower, vase, and card never arrived at destination. The tracking is no longer showing where the flower is. I've been contacting customer service for 3 days now (form on website only, no phone to call = another scam), and I am getting no answer. And now I have s bill of 60 Euro on something that my friend never got!! Total scam this company. Stay away from them!!!!!!!
