The communication was lacking, and I often found myself waiting long periods for responses. 📞 When the installation day arrived, there were a few unexpected issues with the materials that were delivered. While the team tried to resolve these quickly, it did add unnecessary stress to the project. 🛠️ I appreciate the effort made by the installers, but the overall organization of the project left much to be desired. I expected a more seamless experience based on the initial inquiries, but it didn't quite meet my standards. ✋ I think there’s potential here, but they could definitely benefit from refining their communication and logistics.
