If you have the ability to afford this product buy it immediately. Really you can't afford not to have it especially if you are in a high crime area or a business owner with high losses from thefts. Cars are always easier to find than people are

Wes showed up 15 minutes late for the demo with our entire HOA. Disappointed to say the least. I wonder if this is the type of customer service to expect with dealing with this company..

This company has continuously called our business, we have explained that we as an HOA do not utilize this system. My last conversation with an Austin sales rep gave me attitude as I explained to her we do not need the services as of now, continuously asking why we don t need the services and questioning my knowledge as to why the President of our company has declined the services. Then proceeded to say she will be asking our HOA, (trying to go around us) mind you we are the managing entity. We previously have told her to email her information, but we will reach out if we determine that this is a good fit. Her lack of HOA knowledge was very evident. The president/owner has been in the industry for 20 years, and will continue to utilize companies that understand the industry.

I would not recommend this company at all or will we be considering their services ever. They have been black listed after this incident. They clearly have lack of knowledge of the Property Management industry nor do they have quality customer service.

We believe the Flock Safety Security Cameras are making a positive difference in the Haynes Park Neighborhood Community, Nashville, Tennessee. We believe the Haynes Park Flock is safe.

Flock has made it easy for us to help keep our neighborhood safe. We've had the system for almost 2 years and the last incident of thieves going through our neighborhood looking for unlocked cars was during the install week. Surrounding neighborhoods continue to have issues. For less than $20 per year per house, it has been a great investment.

I am on the board of a homeowners association. We have gates at the front and rear entrances to our development. We have four cameras, one going in and out of each entryway.

We have easily accessed the four cameras, as have the local police departments, to catch people who have stolen things from cars and homes.

It is an excellent system that I would highly recommend to any association.

Flock was able to expertly give their opinion on where the cameras should be located for maximum security and visibility purposes. It has worked out great for us.
