I used this company for the first time and I was not disappointed. They were professional in their dealings and I will not hesitate to recommend my family and friends to book their flight tickets with them.

This Indian run company is currupt and they make false reviews praising British named staff that don't exist! GIVE PEOPLE BACK THEIR MONEY and stop disconnecting them on the phone!!

While undoubtedly you end up with a good flight and good price, the process to get there can be very lengthy and difficult. It takes a long time for the flights to be confirmed, despite paying, which sometimes they are not, leading you to look for other flight options. If you can afford to be patient, then it is worth waiting for the consultant, in our case Mickey, to find the best possible flight options as he did end up finding us the best deal and route we could find despite it taking 10 days. Overall if you have time to wait, then you should get the best deal available.

Being a first timer to booking flights on line I was slightly sceptical having read the horror stories of some travel companies . I was looking for a cheap flight to Malawi for end of this February and found a good price from Flight Office . I was put through to Eric who quickly confirmed the flight was available , assured me about a few concerns I had , and told me my e.ticket plus atol certificate would be sent within 2 hours , which it was .I found the process very simple and Eric was professional and helpful . I have checked on the airlines website which confirms my booking ... Excellent all round service and great price

Booked online and surprise, surprise flight not available!
Price is still there when I search but, actually doesn't exist.... So upset, as i can't go and volunteer in Ecuador in summer now. Fuming as told different reasons by different people on phone and had phone put down on me.
AVOID!

I do not recommend this company at all. When booking a trip, three times, three operators, all with an Indian accent, very bad English and weighed manners, raised the rate that came on their page on the same day three times and with a difference of two hours.Also on five occasions they wrote all the data of names, surnames and age wrong despite indicating where the errors were.It was impossible to reach an agreement to solve all the failures.On three occasions they cut the call and on two they put music while they laughed. Add that they tried to scam, asking for a surcharge of more than three percent on all the increases they were making on the prices that their page of Travel Opedia Ltd indicated on that day. I will never use this page again and report that If someone wishes to have proof of these facts, indicate that everything has been recorded. An authentic lack of education, a genuine lack of respect, a genuine professionalism and a Tailor at all levels. I do not recommend them at all.

Really bad customer service although airline is authorising refund they are not willing on giving us our money back!!!

He make me understand that some time, we should not judge a company to quickly because of some staff member who doesn't know how to do there job properly with a professional manner. Thanks to Charles for giving us an outstanding customer service, I was a bit worried at the first it was my first time booking a flight ticket via the Phone. I booked a return flight ticket London To Denpasar Bali and after 24 hours I have received my E-ticket and able to reserve my seat with the Airline.

After a mistake by one member of staff that led to me being out of pocket, Leo took charge of the situation. He got me back some money and was attentive and communicative throughout the process. The management should be proud because this gentleman restored my faith in what could've been a disaster. After all, it's the staff that make or break a business. Thank you very much Leo :)

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
Please do not get trapped with this flight office working with the nameTravelopedia , I bought 6 flight tickets for Pakistan with my 4 children I paid online and expected to get e tickets but nothing came up , I called them they said I will get my tickets 2 weeks later I said I want my tickets now or refund my money back, they didn t give me refund and asked me to wait they took 2 weeks i kept calling everyday but no response jut lame excuses after one week thry said we will give you refund after one week if we couldn t get this ticket , they wasted my time prices went up during that time and after two weeks they said we do not have tickets we will refund you.
Now they have given refund after I told them that I am going to make serious complaint about company.
So please do not get trapped.

Had I read the recent review on Travelopedia Ltd or Flightoffice.co.uk posted as a Google review prior to my contacting them to look for a flight to the USA in December 2017, then I would definitely not have considered them as a company with which I should do business.
I am truly delighted that I chose this company for my required flights to the USA. My telephone contact was their Sales Leader. This is an Indian gentleman who is based in an office in Slough and choses to use a Western name - Andrew - as, by so doing, he feels it easier for us simple "Brits" to establish a working relationship.
From the outset, my contact with Andrew set my mind at rest as I gained the impression that he had a genuine wish to do business. He was, at all times, honest, ethical. compliant, polite and just "plain helpful".
There are a number of companies in the sale of airline tickets whom I would not trust but Travelopedia Ltd or Flightoffice.co.uk does not fall under this heading. By "shopping around" I was offered lower prices but. in most cases, I was left with the impression that the "suppliers" were probably not genuine and any payments made to them might well be taken with no reservation or tickets being forthcoming.
Andrew was help personified - minor glitches with the reservation were promptly addressed - and I received the completed reservation details and E-tickets provided by the airline within 22 hours.
Must add that I received the appropriate ATOL certificate within 24 hrs of the booking being confirmed - great peace of mind!
I accept that different clients will have their own views of how this company performed but, based on my experience in the last 20 hours, I highly recommend Travelopedia Ltd and Flightoffice.co.uk for future airline reservations at a competitive price. I will certainly make use of their services in the future.

Don't trust them at all we paid them full cost for 7 tickets
On Jan 2020 and we cancelled our flight 2 months before our flight then they told us they will refund the money but unfortunately we been calling them to refund the money to us but till new we didnt receive our money .

Great customer experience provided by Steve. In spite of my constant itinerary change requests, he was always willing to assist in and to have all done. The process was overall easy and it was great to speak to a person.

While I finally got a ticket at a decent price for the time of the year I'm travelling (very peak) and the short time in advance I made the purchase, the very first stages of the buying process weren't great.

Truth is that the price you see online is not real, and the company use this to grab your attention and you to engage by completing with your contact details. Then an agent will follow up saying they have no more availability of the tickets you choose online and that they have to provide alternative options, which are generally more expensive.

The first few options I got were more expensive than buying directly via the airline. So my RECOMMENDATION is to first do a search via Kayak (gives the option to look at +/- 3 days) and Skyscanner so you have a good idea of the prices available.

After 4 calls in where I rejected the offers from the agents, finally one gave me a ticket that was not available at all through the airline (everything appeared as sold out) and other tickets via airlines were way more expensive.

If you are prepared for that (i.e. few call and offers rejected to finally get something that could be a good deal), then contact this agency.

Don't book through this company i am trying to complain about my awful holiday and no-one answers. They are a joke, Go to the high street and book there. You can see these reviews are not written by the public. They are manufactured by the staff. The wording is all wrong for a start

Have a productive webchat conversation with travel consultant Jack in regards to booking airline tickets abroad. Jack did help me to make the right choice and he also did follow up it with issuing tickets and other information alike.

Poor customer service, and they like to fob you off to the next person, they just seem very shady when dealing with your issues ie: cancelling flights etc. And never get back to you!!! I feel robbed and hope not to get robbed!!! And when searching for their ATOL certificate nothing comes up what so ever. If my flights are not dealt with I am Going to be taking the matter further!!! So I would make my choice wisely when booking qith this company.

Kevin was great and found me a much cheaper deal than I could find elsewhere and I spent a lot of time looking and it even included 2 x check in bags. I was very happy! It's also great to talk to a human. Email communication was also fast and accurate and clear.

Ronn at Flight Office did a great job find me fare for a holiday.
The pricing was great and payment was smooth.
The website prices was different as i asked Ronn and
he said they are not realtime but still my prices was very good.
Ronn did state etickets do take a few days, mine took 5days in total with the Atol doc.
I did get worried about the delay, But Ronn ensured they will be here and they are.
Only if this process can be speed up say within 24 hours.
Ronn will be dealing with my next holiday too.

I was delighted with the help I received from Mike at Flightoffice in booking return flights to visit family in Brisbane. With the non-availability of the flights I was trying to book initially, Mike found alternative flights at a reasonable price and was very helpful on the phone while I considered the options and made my decision.
