This Co don't even deserve 0 star.
Cheap people with third class attitude...
Internal politics is so much.I went today for interview..I ever never seen this type of hr behaviour in my life..don't go for interview..
Without reference don't go for interview if u go wallkin definitely they will reject u even though u have knowledge...

This is the worst place i have ever worked. Management team is worst. No employee can work here for more then 6 months... Many employees left in 1 to 2 months, seeing the workload and heavy pressure. Shifts hours are horrible. Daily 10 to 12 hrs shift and sometimes extended to 14 hrs. Zero rating toh this organization.

Nice organization good staff people's friendly managers and TL great 2.2 year experience with flexi thanks again.

Good company but the problem is they are extending shift every day that's the only problem

A very good atmosphere , supporting and helpful TLs. good service for employees. Even though HR team is also very helpful. Just one thing I didn't like , that is OT , apart from that all the things are very good.
The company is good , but the thing is how did you absorb and think about the company, because everyone has a different thinking. I am happy to be an employee of flexisales.

Started workings as a fresher and was also studying. Left because the pressure was immensely high and managing both was tough. For freshers i'd recommend to join only if you are under Rohit sir's command . Great guy man loved working for him.
