Absolute rubbish solicitors, I had no communication for months, they took almost a year to tell me they couldn't proceed. They don't care about anything else other than lining their own pockets.
No one seemed interested in my case, no one asked me what happened, how I felt, they just looked at my medical records. The psychological affect this incident has had on me has been horrific, and I have to live with the scars for the rest of my life.
I will be taking this to another lawyer that hopefully will be a bit more professional and caring! Totally avoid Fletchers.
Very frustrating. After almost half a year wasted fletchers solicitors finally got around to contact me just to say that I could not get insurance because of a "pre existing condition" Yet they will not tell me what the pre existing condition is? If you use this company do not expect any kind of reasonable explanation from them. Maybe they are over worked or stressed out but for whatever reason they are not friendly or helpful. This firm is swimming in a cesspool of narcissism.

I had an accident 3 years ago this coming Saturday and it s just being finalised now. It has taken along time but there have been a lot of complications and Fletchers and and case handler Ashley have been so caring and attentive and made sure I got the best care and after care I could possibly need. They have been great from the start and I genuinely can t fault a single thing they have done!
