Yesterday I brought in my $500,000 American Coach Dream to East Coast REV Technical Center to resolve a few issues. First off, the facility was magnificent and extremely accommodating. But it was late when I arrived and I was told to just park my bus, plug in and come see us in the morning. I was so nervous that all of my concerns were going to be treated as if they were no big deal. Being I already bought the RV I was afraid it was going to be a "tag your it" kind of situation.
Woke up that morning, went inside the facility, where I was greeted by a secretary named Jackie. She was absolutely delightful. All of my concerns were addressed and I was introduced to my service adviser, Greg. We went for a physical inspection of the coach and not only did Greg address my concerns, he actually pointed out things himself. I realized when I bought a 90% hand made machine that there would be issues. You have to put on your big boy pants when you make a purchase like this. It's not built by a robot. By the time I flew back home following day I already received three follow up phone calls. I just had to stop to write this review, because I was so thoroughly impressed with the location, the operation, the people and everything they had to offer. Jackie even called her husband to drive me to the airport. Talk about going above and beyond! As the owner of a extremely large and busy auto facility myself, I was so impressed with the complete operation.
I may be putting the cart before the horse because they didn't repair anything yet, but I have full confidence that I will be thrilled when they're finished.

DO NOT BUY. WARNING WARING WARING Bought a $500K coach, water leaked engine exhaust vent on top due to factory malfunction. Cost $45K to repair from Cummings. Coach only had 3K miles on it and was 13 months old and they would not cover. Little more than Thieves.
I went to the factory tour. It was nice thing to do and it was really informative. All staff were friendly and I saw the high quality that the company is following. They follow high saftey rules and regulations. I liked that alot
Worst of the worst. Bought a brand new eagle of 500 000 $, and get infiltration of water everywhere after a week. They took it back at the factory, rebuilt the whole thing during 2.5 months. 2 days after getting back the coach....rain outside....and still inside.
If you go for an american coach, a monaco, an holiday rambler or a fleetwood, make sure you sign for the option "waterproof".
