FleetNet America is an utterly useless company. They are incapable of even so much as answering the phone. As far as I can tell, this business has 3 employees, and none of them do anything except occasionally tell you to continue holding. If you would like to pay to listen to hold music on an automated telephone line, this is the company for you. Otherwise there is no reason to do business with tthese people.

If there was a lower rating I would use it. I had a service call with fleet net. My flat tire was fixed but, now my phone number has been tied to every service call around the country. The calls come just about every hour on the hour. Don't even get me started on the long hold times. I do not recommend this company.

Two hours on hold listening to the most tortuous repeating music and still no answer. Does this company even have employees? For an emergency service provider they don't seem very motivated to provide said service.

We have provided service/roadside assistance for Fleetnet in the past. There have been frustrating issues with phone and email response in the past. Also, the vendor portal needs to show more info for the vendor, like payment status, etc. It would be helpful for them to take down the email address for invoices so vendors don't assume that works. I believe Fleetnet is a solid company with growth/Covid pains like we all have.

Worst customer service in customer service history...

Worst customer service in customer service history. Where to begin? I broke down at 9 AM, called and started a service ticket immediately. Played phone tag with the operators and dispatch for several hours after which time they told me they just can't find anyone in the area that can help. They told me they wanted to tow me either to my destination or 180 miles in the opposite direction, but said they are having a really hard time finding a tow truck. A 15 second Google search found me a local automotive and a tow company that were able to get to me in 30 minutes. Upon providing this information to the dispatcher at Fleetnet, still nothing was dispatched. I called myself to have the tow company come and get me, and after I did I got a call from the Fleetnet dispatcher saying that I didn't need to do that because that company is one of their vendors and they can have them come get me. THAT IS NOT WHAT HE PREVIOUSLY SAID! Furthermore, upon talking with Sandy, one of the call center customer service representatives, all she did was argue with me and would not listen to what I was trying to say. Now it is 2:20, 5 hours after my first call, and still nothing had been dispatched. I literally dispatched the tow company myself and I'm finally getting back ok the road. I paid almost $500 to have people do nothing for me. Their excuse? They are not located where I am and don't know the area. NEITHER DO I, IM TRAVELING. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, JUST SEARCH. I'll be taking with the supervisor, but if you find out that your potential roadside assistance provider is Fleetnet, get a different truck.
