I have a great experience everytime I visit. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I love the 3D foot scanner. It gives the staff a great idea of what shoe is best for me. I was provided a few choices and found the best fit. This will continue to be my go to store for running shoes.
Very knowledgeable and thorough staff! My son needed cross-training/track shoes. Jen analyzed his feet and suggested two great options to fit my son s needs. We left feeling better prepared for upcoming track meets and summer work-outs/cross-training. Thanks!
The store states that they have a great return/exchange program. Really, it is an exchange program. They tell you to try out the shoe and if it doesn't work to bring it back in. So you do just that but when you turn it back in they tell you it can't be resold and tell you to use the credit for something else. I did that twice. The first time I went in there I did the analysis of my feet and was told that I wore a 9.5 shoe. I wear a 8.5-9. The sales person brought about a 10 and 10.5. I told her they were too big. I asked her for a 9 and she told me my foot wouldn't even go into the shoe. I tried it and it was a disaster. I almost fell on the treadmill because the shoes were too big. I went back and got a second shoe. I wore it once! I ran on a treadmill and not outside and was told that they couldn't resell the shoe. The woman that was there went as far to pull out the insole of the shoe. I took another shoe in the wrong size again and gave them to someone else. I figured when you give them your money they aren't going it back so I didn't feel like driving back out there. You are better off going with the actual sneaker company because after you have actually worn them and tried them out and you aren't satisfied you will get your money back. If they tell you that you can try them on and return them that isn't true. What they mean is and I quote, "you can try them on in your living room." Unless you are absolutely sure don't do it.
Simply the best. The service and personal attention really stand out. They take measurements, do a 3d scan and actually listen to your needs!
Like the movie Happy Feet, my dogs are dancing again! Who knew what a major difference a good pair of running shoes could make. Not since my first pair of jump boots have my feet been so happy. The staff is so knowledgeable and professional. The selection, so vast and they had my size in stock. Love you guys/girls!
Don't ask for a military discount. I feel I was verbally harassed by the older gentlemen who works there when I asked about the military discount. He accusingly asked me again if I was in the military and I replied yes and that I go to the Naval Academy. After which he talked at me for several minutes claiming that I shouldn't have active duty status for going to the academy. He mentioned he is a retired Chief and I have the utmost respect for his service but feel that his unwillingness to recognize my commitment and the harassment that ensued was completely uncalled for. I will never buy from them again and honestly wish I hadn't let the purchase go through but I was so shocked by the harassment I just grabbed my bags and left. The lady who helped fit me for my insoles was nice though.
In truth I have not visited the store. I called after reading the reviews to request an appointment. I explained my age and needs and asked for an appointment. But nope, they dont make them. They lost my business, they insisted there is plenty of staff, but being a woman over 50 I know helping me is not as interesting as helping a young athlete. Ive been ignored before and am not willing to take that chance. I'll be going back to Pacers in Burke, VA long drive for a pair of walking shoes. But worth it
Blew me away with how much they knew and how helpful they were! I never knew there was so much that went into finding the right pair of running shoes and very thankful I went to Fleet Feet! My feet have never been happier even though they are working more then ever!
This place is great! The price was half the price as my last custom insoles for the same (if not better) quality. Jen squared me away and is super nice!!! Will be a returning customer!!
Loved going here last year but was told by the employees in November, that it was closing permanently in December?!?!?
