We had a terrible experience with their service. Not only have they delayed our delivery by a whole week (despite promising every day it would delivered the next day before 5pm). The one time they did attempt delivery was on Sunday evening (the day I was not expecting), but person did not ring our buzzer at the building entrance despite seeing our apartment number. We understand December is a peak season for gifts & holiday deliveries but their unreliability is precisely the reason I do not recommend them.

Still waiting for someone from management to contact me regarding terrible service last week. Today they cancelled a pickup of several boxes that was ordered yesterday. Call was too late today to meet our deadline.

Called to get an idea about their pricing. Lady on the phone was extremely rude, impatient, and hostile. Unacceptable.

0 Stars for terrible customer service. My company always use their service and the promised ETA will always be 2-3 hours later than what you would normally expect. So frustrating as our documents are all time sensitive, 1 minute late could lose our company couple hundred dollars easily. This company never apologize and only will tell you that they need another hour or "the destination company hasn't closed yet, why are you rushing?". Super terrible service... look for some other courier company. The rate is not that great either.

I honestly can't believe their rating, 5 stars all the way! We use them all the time & I find Flash Courier's service excellent from calling in to schedule to the drivers that do the pick up, they are friendly & courteous! Very reasonably priced & very good customer service, they deserve a much higher rating!

You have a driver blocking traffic on King George Blvd. I wonder if he's impaired?

Not even able to give a star at all..... the people who answer are fantastic and helpful but if you require a delivery of extreme importance.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... the driver and I don't want to loop all drivers but mine did not follow instructions specifically written out. This package was of the upmost importance and he delivered it to receiving 2 minutes before close and now my package is worthless...... thanks flash.... for nothing...... and all they said was, oh sorry..... sure glad it wasn't life or death. SO VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

First time customer - Spent 10 minutes on hold, spent 20 mins talking to an operator to arrange a delivery, gave all my details, got a reference number then was told that "they were too busy and people with people with actual accounts take priority, and i can TRY and call back tomorrow and go through the process again, or maybe next week" wasn't allowed to pre-book without calling back again, and just bad bad service. Phoned up somewhere else who were more than accommodating and took half the time - Flash couriers lost a Corporate Customer here!

I had accidentally left my wallet downtown and could not go back to retrieve it. I called another courier who was unable to help me as I was a cash customer and not a regular customer. I asked if they could recommend someone and they suggested Flash. Flash picked up my wallet and delivered it early the following morning. A big shout out to the lovely dispatcher and her supervisor. The delivery person was cheerful and I was very happy. This delivery occurred on a Saturday when I thought they were closed. Thank you Flash.

We have been using Flash Courier for over 15 years and we have always been very happy with the service.

Initially service was good. Had time sensitive documents to deliver to my client with a pick up and return. Ordered online and was given an estimated time of delivery. My client called 1 1/2 hours after the delivery time and asked where the documents were. Called dispatch. Was given a delivery time 4 hours after what they had given me originally. I told them it had to go sooner. They then called the courier and he said it would be another 1/2 hour. The courier was then to pick up a package from my client and deliver back to my office. I advised it would be ok to deliver back by 5 or 5:30. It never showed up. Had to call the next day and they then rushed the package out to me.

I had a really long day. Calling Flash Courier was the last thing of my work today. I had a great call with Paul. He is very gental, soft-spoken, very patient and helpful. Thank you Paul! They are lucky to have you.

Flash Courier is the way to go! Never had an issue with them. If something is going to be late, i always receive a call with the ETA. Great customer service.

I use Flash to send Legal Documents Out of Province & they are good.

Avoid at all cost! Dismal service! Used this terrible company once - the 'same-day MORNING delivery we requested and paid for did't arrive until the next day. No excuse provided.

I used to deliver cake to my daughter for lunch time as surprise and she got it after she got off from work which is too much annoying always delivers late never ever delivered in time just frustrating

WOW...I should have looked at these reviews before picking up the phone to place delivery orders. Save yourself the grief and use another local courier company.
