Stacy Flascher Terminated as State Farm Agent in Fair Oaks, California
Stacy Flascher was in a position of trust as a State Farm Insurance agent. She made choices and willfully acted to break that trust, placing State Farm customers at risk. I personally experienced her bad faith acts, which resulted in the cancellation of insurance policies that I fully intended to continue. To their credit, State Farm did act to protect the customers affected by Stacy's unethical business practices. The company took the extraordinary step of revoking Stacy's appointment as an exclusive agent of State Farm, took physical possession of her office and records, and terminated her permanent agent contract. All of Stacy's customers were assigned to other State Farm agents within the Sacramento area. The newly assigned agents were instructed to tell Stacy's former customers that she had retired and relocated out of state, even though State Farm filed a statutory report with the California Department of Insurance stating that the company's internal investigation into agent Stacy Flascher had uncovered several serious and willful acts and patterns of activity that put customers at risk of financial loss. The findings of the investigation resulted in the termination of Stacy Flascher as an agent of State Farm and a referral to the CA State DOI for adverse action against her license. Because the insurance licenses held by Stacy Flascher expired shortly after her termination by State Farm, and due to her relocation out of state without seeking to renew her insurance licenses, no further actions were entered by the CA DOI. Based on the rules governing the issuance of insurances licenses by all 50 relevant state agencies within the United States, Stacy Flascher will not be eligible to become a licensed insurance agent at any time in the future.
Records indicate that she has obtained a license to sell real estate in Washington State, Spokane County, where she currently represents Caldwell Banker Tomlinson Spokane. According to the company website Stacy Flascher has had no active real estate listings, nor any closed home sales/purchases since joining CBT Spokane in 2024.
