Fantastic total experience - Mark and company know how to do exceptional work. Mark sold us on his knowledge and experience- he knew what/how/when to do our fireplace remodel - his team worked exceptionally well within our remodel schedule. Top notch quality installation and service, keeping us involved and knowledgeable along the whole process. Thank you Mark and Craig!!

We had a big grease fire which destroyed our five burner LP gas grill in our outdoor summer kitchen. Thank God, we did not burn down the house!!. It was contained with only the porch ceiling and walls needing cleaning from smoke damage. The first thing we did was call Flametech and over the phone my husband (Dana ) worked with Beth helping us pick a new five burner LP gas, drop in grill with lights from Blaze Outdoor Products! Love the grill! Much better than the old one. Mark and his team did an amazing job removing and installing the new grill. Hats-off to Beth, Craig, Mack and Zack!! It took a team effort and it was done within a reasonable price, too!. We are definitively coming back for a new fireplace and any other outdoor grilling needs.

Flametech installed a complete outdoor kitchen at my house, and the entire process was a joy from start to finish. This was one of the most professional companies I ve ever worked with. They were honest, fast, and did a high quality job. I would recommend anyone use them to build their outdoor dream into reality! Thanks Flametech!

We are so glad we chose Flametech for our new outd...

We are so glad we chose Flametech for our new outdoor grill/kitchen area. Within two weeks, they had built the concrete block bases, hooked up the gas, water and electricity, and installed the sink, grill, and granite countertop and backsplash. We took their suggestion to cover with the granite a larger area behind the grill to accommodate the open lid, and it looks great. Craig installed the hardiboard and trim and painted it to match the house. I received a call each time before they came, and after installation. During the first week, we smelled gas one morning, and called and Craig and Max came and found the problem right away, but didn't have the needed part. The next day, two other installers couldn't find the leak, but Max, the one who had found it in the first place, came within the next two days and quickly installed the needed connection. We thought that was pretty great service. We were very happy with how quickly and efficiently everything went together, and won't hesitate to use Flametech again.

I just purchased a stainless griddle from Flametech. What a great operation. Beth the salesperson was fantastic. Mark the owner gave me a nice price on a Le Griddle. The experience was outstanding. Being a small biz owner I appreciate good service when I receive it.

We apologize that this review is way, way overdue. Since purchasing our house we have made numerous improvements and our fireplace, which you installed, was our first addition. Your quality of work was so exceptional that we actually believed that our other endeavors would be of equal satisfaction. From the hardwood floors to the granite kitchen, no one has come close to equaling your expertise with workmanship and overall beauty.

You made this a very pleasant experience. Beginning with the design, choice of materials and final installation, all were well thought out and finished to our satisfaction without long delays and excuses. We thank you again and keep you on our A list of home improvement professionals.

We ve had many compliments on our fireplace and we have always told them that Mark at FlameTech was the person responsible. Most companies use the word quality in their logo or letterhead. Your company is the first we found that actually deserved to use it. Please feel free to have any prospective customers get in touch with us so that we can assure them they are dealing with the best.

Very rude female on phone , then went into store a...

Very rude female on phone , then went into store a week later and asked if owner got our message to call us, was the same rude person and she said he has message on his desk. I'm figuring he never got message because it's been over a month. Mean while got all our items fixed from an excellent place on palm bay road.

FlameTech did a good job at installation, but now 4 years later it seems they have lost their luster. Called for service and maintenance and after four calls and a visit to the office they have gone radio silent. It s very unfortunate.

One star is too generous for this company. I called Flametech to schedule an appointment and get an estimate for a repair of two fireplaces. Their technician came to my house, looked at the fireplaces and told me that I will receive an quote in the e-mail. Just as he was leaving he asked me to pay $150 for the inspection. Wait a minute........ When I called the first time to schedule the appointment no payment for inspection was mentioned. No inspection report was provided either. I needed an estimate for a repair job. I called their office and spoke with Mark, the owner. He was extremely rude on the phone. I tried to explain what happened, but he was only concerned about the payment and kept interrupting me. He asked me if I was expecting the service for free. Of course I was not expecting that. However, I would have wanted to know that there was a fee when I committed to the appointment. Mark got very impatient at that point and he raised his voice. How was that for customer service? You call to solve the problem in a way that would be satisfying for both parties and you get yelled at. I wonder how they are still in business if they treat a prospective customer like that. Look for someone else. Rude and ignorant business owner. I am glad this happened prior to doing any business with them.

Since 1998 I have been purchasing parts for a buil...

Since 1998 I have been purchasing parts for a built in grill. It seems ever 3-4 years I would buy a flavor grid and new ignitor. I purchased a flavor grid in 2014 with a 2 year warranty. I called to see if they had a flavor grid in stock, which they did as well as asked about the warranty on the new flavor grid and was told it was 2 years. I then proceeded to take my 1.5 year old burned out flavor grid in for replacement with my receipt showing the previous purchase and date.

Well, guess what. The lady at the counter started giving me the run around. First she couldn't get access to the files. Then the warranty was only for new grills. Then I was told I would need to furnish my model number and serial number - which I didn't have at the time, but would have been happy to provide. However, I was told to wait until Monday when the owner would review my receipt to determine if I had a warranty claim. I was also told I would receive a call to inform me of this.

After 3 days of waiting for the call, I brought the new flavor grid back and informed the same original attendant that I did not receive a call so I was bringing the flavor grid back for refund. I was on the phone at the time talking with a friend while the attendant proceeded to tell me how I always come in and give them a difficult time and how they do not need my business. For the record, I have been in there 4 times in 18 years. This attendant is very rude and quite ignorant when it comes to customer service.

Good thing this equipment is available online where the warranty is real and the customer service is professional.

Good riddance to Flametech Fireplace and Grill. You officially SUCK!

I only wish I could have given this crummy business a minus star rating.
