Not just another dance studio, Miss Amanda has created a flair family amongst her dancers & puts on a yearly production that feels like a broadway show! With formal dances, pool parties, pajama parties, and so many other fantastic events, Miss Amanda interacts with her dancers in her free time and treats them as family. She keeps the dancers active in more than just dance in this fun flair family! Miss Amanda surpasses all others in her overall talent, passion for dance, love for her dancers, creativity in choreography, and most of all creating an entire Flairy Family that shares just as many memories on and off the stage. This family never breaks its bond! I m so proud to know Miss Amanda and witness her love & work first hand!

I have to first say my children have never danced at Flair, however after much research through social media, personal messages and phone conversations with current families my husband and I have decided to not enroll our two pre-teens at the studio. I felt the need to post my review because I want encourage other potential families to do their own research before selecting Flair for your children. On the surface they seem fine, and the studio seems to be popular in that area. (We just moved here from Texas so we are new to the area.) After speaking to the man who is one of the owners, I was hesitant to send them to Dance there. He s rude, impatient and seems fake. I think he s related to the other owner but I m not sure. He kept taking like Flair was his own business and that in time he was going to be the only owner. That made me concerned because he has never danced before. He seems to live through the other owner s dance career. I don t want to pay a ton of money to a studio to teach my kids to properly learn how to dance when the main owner is not (and was not) a dancer himself. Then I reached out to several parents who are current families and they told me they wished their kids would dance somewhere else, but they have friends there and their kids don t want to leave. They told me their kids are dancing in classes with lot of kids (I think they said like 20-35 kids in some of the classes). I am not going to pay for classes where my kids don t get personalized attention. I don t need them to be in a one-on-one setting but why would anyone pay for a class where they are teaching so many kids at the same time. There is so much risk for injury in those situations. Plus there seems to be a lot of cliques or Dance mom sororities at this studio. I get the feeling that if you are not friends or pretend to be friends with these groups you will be outcasted. My kids or I don t need that headache. Overall I don t feel comfortable with them dancing at Flair. On a positive note the other owner Amanda was very responsive to my emails. Although she was vague with her answers, she replied relatively quickly. We winded up enrolling at another local studio that has smaller class sizes, more highly trained instructors (that are not 19!) and care about my kids as dancers instead of wanting my money.

Flair Dance Academy changed my daughters life. Not only was Amanda attentive to my daughters every need, she took extra time outside of her work hours, on her own time, to help our little Kimmy. Amanda is so professional and so pationate. I could never imagine working with anyone else. You get what you pay for and she is worth every penny

Flair Dance Academy has become a grooming tool for all girls and boys to learn lessons in life while learning to dance, educate, coordinate, and develop social skills that they will take with them for the rest of their lives. The director Amanda Grace and her team are dedicated to their craft and the girls and boys fostering growth in the art of dance and life itself.

Flair Dance Academy is the place to send your kids! Amanda is attentive, fun, energetic, and skilled at what she does. 2018 has been such a great year for my daughter and I can t wait to see what next year brings!

That place is amazing. The owner is very talened, accomplished, and just so nice I highly reccomend all parents to this place

Why wouldn t you go to Flair Dance Academy?!? The faculty is AMAZING and it s such a great environment for kids!

As a guest dance teacher from NY area, I can say that i would recommend Flair Dance Academy! I was welcomed with open arms and made sure i had anything and everything i needed to teach.
I do believe Flair is different then most dance studio because the staff and owner Amanda, care about every single person that walks through those doors. You feel the love they have for each other and how much of a family they really are.
The studio was clean, top notch dance floors and equipment. Makes it very easy for guest choreographers, like myself, and staff teachers to work/ teach at their maximum level.

I would highly recommend Flair Dance to anyone in the New Jersey area.

This is the BEST dance company EVER! The people are great and the positive atmosphere is great for kids who want to have fun, learn and develop skills for life!
