What a charming place, the store and tasting area are what you want for a winery-distillery. The wine-spirit tasting and appetizers are incredibly reasonable if not insanely cheap. I ve been twice and I am so impressed with both the quality of the wines as well as spirits I have tried. The staff is knowledgeable and so welcoming. The grounds are beautiful. Only 30 mins from Manchester and about 20 from Portsmouth this place is definitely a hidden treasure.

Flag Hill was a fantastic venue to work with for our wedding on October 11th 2019. Christa and Maddie were both great to work with, receptive to our ideas and responsive to our questions. They helped to make certain that we had everything on track as the wedding day approached, and brought energy to the process and details. Our wedding size was small for the venue, but we never felt like we were any less important than any other couple.

The venue itself is beautiful, with sweeping views across the fields behind the ceremony location. The tent on the premises easily fit our wedding group of around 90 people, and could have comfortably fit double or triple that number. The path to reach the wedding pergola was relatively flat, a benefit for those with older relatives who may not be as mobile. The food was good, and they made certain to set aside some specifically for us, which was an appreciated touch.

Also their wine is excellent.

We got married in August, 2020 - right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. No surprise, our original plans had to be canceled. We toured Flag Hill just 31 days before our wedding and were sold from the moment we sat down with their coordinator, Christa. Christa had a great attitude: optimistic yet realistic. She took all of our covid concerns to heart and added her own industry perspective. She was knowledgeable and creative. The month we spent planning with Flag Hill was easy and relatively stress-free. Christa made things clear, was generous with deadlines, and supported us all the way through. The day of our wedding was gorgeous! Christa and Maddie ran everything perfectly; we didn't worry about a thing. Honestly, I didn't think about our original venue once throughout our entire day at Flag Hill. That's how wonderful the staff and the location are. I'm gonna say it again: choose Flag Hill!

My Mom and I share the same birthday and we came here for our first time and loved it! We also brought my sister and my mother-in-law.

Excellent experience all around. Staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They re very proud of their products and should be, they re delicious. The wine and spirits are excellent, especially the white wines. Will absolutely be returning for another tasting / purchasing additional bottles.

The people were very friendly. Many of the wines are sweet. I like drier wines but the dry white I had I really liked. I tried two reds which were good but I like heavier bodied reds.

Their wine/spirits dinners are spectacular! Totally enjoyed... can't wait for the next one.

Wish I'd known this place existed long before now. Great wines. Great service. Great place to do by for a special warm beverage on a chilly winter day. The first place 'Best of Seacoast' awards are well deserved!

If you're thinking of getting married at Flag Hill -- DO IT! Going into the wedding, we heard that Flag Hill was amazing to work with, but we didn't realize just how amazing until COVID-19 hit. Christa & team were ON TOP of everything. Not only did they start reaching out to our vendors to see if they were available for alternate dates, but they kept in constant contact with us. We had so many other friends who were planning to get married this year and were let down by their venues and were overly jealous of the professionalism, timeliness, empathy, and kindness Flag Hill showed us.

The portal system Flag Hill uses to keep track of all communication, expenses, and documents made keeping track of everything a breeze! We always knew what was going on, when payments were due, and what we'd selected for our wedding package with a breakdown of exactly what we were paying for. You also get an e-mail alert any time a comment is posted, so we never had to worry about forgetting anything.

The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect -- Christa made sure I (as the bride) always knew what was going on, even when I was hiding in the bridal suite. She made sure my husband and I had time to breathe, have a bite to eat, and enjoy the day without getting swept up in the chaos of the day. Overall, 12/10 for Flag Hill! We honestly couldn't have chosen a better venue -- we can't wait to return again and relive our wedding every time we walk through the vineyard.

**Note that even if you aren't planning on getting married here, and you're just looking to go somewhere for a fun afternoon with wine and sunshine you're going to have an amazing time! The staff at Flag Hill is incredibly friendly and their outdoor seating area is perfection.
