I worked for this company 8-9 years i decided to leave and worked out a 2 week notice and was assured I would receive my vacation pay GUESS WHAT NO VACATION PAY FOR ME!!!!
Just goes to show the character of the company as employees loyalty obviously not appreciated by FIVE STAR FOODSERVICE
They bring the food to P&G Duracell in Cleveland, TN. though it would be nice if they would check it every single day instead of just refilling the refrigerators one day and not coming back for 3 to 4 days at a time, leaving people nothing to eat or drink, also the price is ridiculously expensive for food that is nowhere near as good as the gas station food down the street for the same price, y'all really need to step it up
The machine either won't take money or give money. The machine usually stays pretty empty to, always have to call to get service
I bought a drink out of one of their machines. 2 days later I m still getting charged for drinks. I had paid for 6 when I realized my card was still being charged and it tried to charge me for 13 more of them if I hadn t cleared the account out. But apparently this is not Five Stars problem and I m SOL. Awesome customer service.

They run our meals at the Covenant Transport Orientation Center.
The food is visually pretty bad. If you can get past the first bite sometimes the taste is surprising; in a good way.
The older black lady that runs the cafeteria in the morning during breakfast is not very customer oriented. She reminds me of the 'soup nazi' off Seinfield. Some mornings she may be 10 minutes late opening up the cafeteria...but if you show up one minute late for breakfast she will refuse to serve you, and ask you to leave.
On a positive note, I am losing weight during my approximate 2 week stay here at the Covenant Transport Orientation Center.
Over priced food and drinks and the kiosk machines hardly ever work
