2/7/20: Delivered bundle of titanium from Pittsburgh PA area to Firth Rixson, after driving for hours, checked in with the receptionist and I asked if I could use their restroom and the woman said no, because of security concerns. She was the rudest and ugliest person I have ever had an experience with in my life. After 20 years in the Navy and traveling the world, I have never meant a meaner woman at the reception desk.
