We have been working with First World for almost 90 days and were told today after supplying tons of paperwork that we we couldn t get approved. Sold our house and now have had our entire lives uprooted. Had been told we were in underwriting for weeks and no sorry can t close. Beyond furious! Not small business owner friendly at all. We both have excellent credit scores, plenty of money in bank and minimal debt.
