This place changed my life I am so blessed to have been a client there they taught me how to love myself and others I feel human again

I visited First Stop Recovery to research a paper I am writing for my bachelors in nursing program on substance abuse. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel so welcome and answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the statistical significance of the work they are doing to rehabilitate those in the community who are suffering from this horrible disease of addiction. They are all amazing people. Thank you for everything you do for our community!!

Just as i was going to call it quits i found the first stop .. I was welcomed with open arms and smiles .. Frank atkins (program director) gave me a tour of the facility it is a very structured recovery setting... I would recomend anyone who wants complete abstinent recovery to check in ..

This place has become home for me and the people are like family. It's a tough program that isn't for everyone, but if you can stick it out it's well worth it. They have the resources to help you get your life back in order.

When I needed somewhere to go, first stop recovery gave me a chance.... I was still fighting the process... After 20 years of bouncing in and out I finally was able to sit still and do something just a little bit different... First stop recovery has played a huge part in my journey and I'm forever grateful for what they have done for me... God willing in January I will celebrating 2 years sober....
