Have 4 card machines from First Payment Merchant Services. The chap who has helped the whole process from start to finish really knows his stuff. He's very helpful and the company gets you the best price possible.

Absolute scum bag of a company. Send a faulty terminal and when you try to replace it, they trick you into a 4 year contract for a new terminal despite the fact it s their terminal that s the issue, and you ve got no choice.


We are now Pursuing a complaint with the ombudsman, as we simply do not have anything to give this disgusting company.
I offered them the option to void the contract as a gesture of goodwill. They know we won t be needing their services, but they wan your money for nothing. Scum scum scum. They will take the clothes off of your back and your unborn child s before they accept wrong doing.

Please don t let them do this to you too.

Terrible company, with even worse customer service.

Rates were supposed to be fixed for the duration of contract - so when we received a rate increase notice we challenged them, and provided a quote from another provider to show we were being overcharged not only on rates, but on terminal rental too. After two weeks of chasing we had no positive response from customer services. After three weeks, customer services came back asking for the same information provided three weeks earlier.



Can highly recommend our new provider Payzone - short 12 month contracts, low rates and rentals, and nice shiny new terminals.

appalling company. they set up our account wrong. blame us for missed payments due to their own negligence, rude, customer serivce is a shambles, technical support could be done better by my 4 year old son. now stuck in contract for 2 years! wish I had stayed with worldly rather than listening and falling for their sales pitch. my BIGGEST regret in business for the last 10 years was choosing to move to this company.
