Very poor management at One Orchard Road Condominium, Eastwood, QC.

The worst property management I have ever encountered. Building common areas and facilities not well maintained despite all the dues collected. They also appoint their own executives/employees as board members of the condo even if this should, BY LAW, only be limited to actual members of the association (unit owners) and not representatives of property management/Megaworld. This means management ends up acting in the best interest of First Oceanic and Megaworld rather than caring for the actual welfare and in the best interest of unit owners and residents.

If you do a simple search of those who gave 5-star reviews, most are employees and/or associates of First Oceanic. This not only violates google's review policies (as it is a conflict of interest for current and former employees to write reviews for the businesses they work for), it is also a cheap attempt to fake reviews and make the company look good online instead of actually fixing their operations.

Not professional, delayed in responding to simple requests. Quite disappointed.

Poor property management at Paseo Heights. Unit owners weren t notified that Property Manager has already resigned since May2019. How does that protect us owners still transacting to PM whom we didn t know that PM is no longer connected to First Oceanic? We came to know an OIC PM was informally appointed only when new waste disposal circular was posted on June17 5PM and effective June17 itself. How inconsiderate of you OIC PM to implement new rules effective immediately! And so this brought confusion to owners and tenants and garbage were then all over the place! New implementation date of July 1 was then released after receiving complaints. July came and here we are again another incident where service elevator (for which supposedly cater to owners and tenants for use to bring own wastes at B1) is locked down by maintenance staff as they have to use service elevator to move from floor to floor to check for wastes illegally brought outside units within the scheduled waste disposal. What the heck are we going to use to bring our own garbage at B1 when you have locked down our service elevator for your own usage? And then another poor decision made by OIC PM for allowing certain units to call Concierge to pickup their trash! OIC PM are you thinking well enough to implement new waste disposal rules and be the one to violate your rules! As a concern unit owner I also reported garbage brought outside units however what did I get in return? This OIC PM wasn t able to manage properly the notice of violations to corresponding unit owner/tenants I.e. surprisingly my unit# was included as reported by in the notice to other unit which should have been kept anonymous! So what s the consequence for this? Of course tensions among unit owners/occupants! All these were reported to First Oceanic management but NO ACTION so far until this date of posting, almost 2months now.

Employees of FOPM in BGC condo is very irresponsible and they do not response to unit owner's or tenant's inquiries/requests. It's very disappointing that they treat their clients that way.

I'm tenant of three central.
The property management here is useless and time wasting. Every thing requires landlord's email, even ask the maintenance of theirselves. It's fine, but the worst of all they have more than three company emails and they kept changing it. Like twocentral, twothreecentral, two central and with different ending like gmail, firstocenic etc. At the end you could just show them the print-screen to prove the landlord did send it.
Besides, they tried to ask for fees and couldn't make things done properly. The air condition in the lobby is still unfixed. Please consider twice buying or renting here.

Does not manage properties properly. TWO AND THREE CENTRAL in Valero is in poor condition internally.
