First Hotel Grand Reviews

My friend and I stayed here over the weekend. Amazing breakfast buffet with a lot of options, all fresh. Waiters were all proffessional and always had a smile when talking to us.
Room was very nice and quiet, and very clean. The receptionist on shift during the weekend was very friendly and helpful. The bartender in the hotel was very professional and could recommend us really nice cocktails based on some preferences in taste, which was really nice. Public areas were cozy and clean and the sitting places were spaced out enough to have space from others. Apart from some minor details, the room cleaning during our stay was very nice and quick.
One thing to mention is that the room cards stop qorking if you hold them next to a phone for too long, but the reception solved the problem very quickly.
Props to all the staff for being so welcoming! Overall, great first experience in Odense! Would definitely recommend :)

The hotel is really good, I would say 3.5 stars! Breakfast amazing, it was a little bit cold in the room and very noise last time (because of a wedding to 1.20am). The police come and it's in the news... 10pm it should be sound off! But I will still book the same place next month! /Sweden

Beautiful hotel! Excellent service and really comfy clean rooms! Definately a go to again experience.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to covid restriction. However we went in the lobby it was lovely, the staff was so kind and comprehensive. Thanks for your attention ! I hope we can comme here again

Good space with a friendly staff. Room was comfortable and pretty quiet. A few items worth mentioning:
The shower uses a swinging glass door that only spans half the tub, so your floor will get wet.
Bath products are decent: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.
The breakfast is pretty good, with standard options for the most part, but a lot more cheese and cold cut options which was nice. If you are vegetarian or vegan, not much for you.
The coffee, not so great.
The hotel room doors open OUT into the hall, so open them slowly.

Nice hotel in old city center in an impressive classic building with a lot of personality. Good breakfast !

For an Odense visit you won't find a better location. As a hotel I would give it three stars but the historic buildings with a touch of decayed elegance gives the fourth.

Big rooms and beds that would make even an American satisfied.
