Rosalyn Punch & John Brick does not answer the phone, respond to emails nor voicemails. The deadline for open enrollment is about to close and I ve been waiting on responses for about a week or longer. Extremely disappointed because Ms Punch has helped me before & that s the only reason I gave it two stars instead of 1
