I worked with Candice on my first trip out the country to beautiful Cancun, Mexico. Candice was not only knowledgeable about the location, but super helpful in knowing all the new protocols in place due to COVID-19. She was really nice and super responsive! I had a ton of questions since this was my first time traveling internationally and she answered them all quickly and politely! I will be using First Discount Travel again and I m already working with Candice for my next trip to Turks and Caicos next year! This place was super affordable and my trip went so smoothly from pick up to drop off. I would definitely recommend this business and more specifically working with Candice!

My son introduced me to Kelli Garcia after she helped him and his wife on a trip to Cancun which went great. My first experience with Kelli was to book a trip for my wife and me to also go to Cancun and mirror our son's trip. Before
making any recommendations, she first asked several very thoughtful questions. She called back an hour later with three suggested properties that all hit the mark of what we wanted in our trip. The one we ultimately chose was spectacular. Immediately we started talking about a Viking River cruise. Our first call was to Kelli. She did and awesome job of researching alternatives for the cruise, excursions and air travel. The trip was spectacular and very well coordinated. Not to mention the fact that she did all of this while having her first child. She never missed a thing!

Me and my now husband had such a great experience with this place! We booked a trip to Disney for our honeymoon and our agent, Holly, did absolutely amazing! We had no problems, she got us some free days, and we never had to worry about anything. Even though planning a Disney trip is pretty hectic, she made it so easy. We re planning a trip for next year and are gonna go to her again! 100% recommend.

We worked with Jess to book two trips. The first was to travel to Italy for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we had to cancel it due to COVID restrictions. She was amazing through the entire process though. When initially planning the trip she ran through multiple scenarios of what we could do/ see. She provided options that included links to the hotels/ excursions so we could have easy access. Everything she did was customized to us and by no means a cookie cutter type trip. When we had to cancel she took care of everything. When we initially booked we obtained travel insurance. She had informed us that our within Europe, flights would most likely not get reimbursed if we had to cancel the trip. We were okay with this. When the time came that we had to cancel, we received all of our money back. Jess went above and beyond to reach out to the different companies in order to do so.

We ended up deciding on the Caribbean as our alternative plan. By this time we were about a month out and Jess excelled again by booking us a trip to Cancun. We told her what we were looking for in a trip and then she made it happen. Through both processes she was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I have never been one to use a travel agent until now but will definitely be using Jess again in the future!

We literally won't book a trip now without calling Jerry and his team at first discount travel. We have gone on the most amazing trips, to the most amazing places because of them. They do their research, assist when things don't go to planned, and are always a call away. THEY ARE THE BEST AND A MUST USE!

Brandee was excellent to work with. She asked all the right questions to find out what vacation would work best for us. She answered every question, concern that I had. She found a resort Planet Hollywood that was absolutely amazing. We have used First Discount Travel a couple times now and they never disappoint. They were responsive anytime that I needed them. I will use them again!

We have utilized their services on three different occasions and they have been marvelous experiences. Even when out of town if I had any questions I could call and get an immediate response. Holly is a wonderful trip planner and ensures everything is perfect! Thank you once again, and be assured any future travel will be with you!

I met Jess Milano at a bridal expo in Cincinnati and she is so adorable and enthusiastic that she got my attention immediately. First Discount does NOT charge their customers fees but rather they are paid by the resorts so you do not pay for the service! I worked with Jess for a year and a half (because of COVID) to plan my honeymoon. We had regular phone calls to talk about where we wanted to go, what we wanted to spend, if I could use my flight voucher, if I should get a miles credit card, what weather we wanted, etc. Jess is SO knowledgeable about all of the travel and the places because she has actually traveled to all of these resorts multiple times. She made suggestions that fell within my wishes and my budget. She was always respectful and maintained her infectious enthusiasm throughout our entire working relationship. I'll be using Jess from now on!

I was nervous about booking a trip this year due to the obvious (covid). So that s why I decided to book with a agent. I tried to reach a few other agents and couldn t reach anyone on the online. I landed on First Discount Travel and I m glad I did. I worked with Jerry. He gave me options to pick from and was easy to work with. I will defiantly use them again in the future.
