Ridiculous place! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rush, she misses my appointment and i have to reschedule. I tell them i work M-F i can t answer the phone those days except Thursday. They have the audacity to call me Wednesday and i cant answer. And the doctor still doesnt show up to my appointment again on Thursday. Ridiculous. Really unorganized.
I have been a patient here for a few years, usually had just okay experiences but as of this week, I am beyond disappointed in the "service that is provided"... I came on Tuesday for a bad knee injury and was referred to get xrays done so I did so the same day. I was told at the place I did xrays I would get results in 1-2 days... well day 3 and I had to call the place I got xrays done and they said they sent results to FCCH so I would have to contact them. I did so and was told that me as the patient was supposed to let FCCH know I went and got the xrays taken... No one ever told me that or I would have but I don't see how thats my responsibility if these facilities would keep up communication about their patients that would be nice but no... So I'm now on day 3, walking and having really bad pain in my knee. I am not happy at all and still don't know what is really going on with my knee.
I have ALWAYS been treated like a queen here. They all work so hard.

I'm happy that my physician referred me to see Dr. Vanderloop after my auto accident. The pain I was in was killing me.
They gave me an appointment on the 11th of January, after waiting a month for this appointment, I was never called, on the 15th they called me at noon to say hey, sorry we have an appointment for you today at 3:30 please be by your phone, since it is only phone appointments, I thought for sure they would call me, and to no avail they did not AGAIN, and now I am sitting without my medicine yet again, called the after hours hoping they just were busy and hadn't gotten to me, they have a Dr. Call me, and he tells me I am just an oncall, cannot give you your gabapentin as it is a controlled substance. He LIED, it is not, I have looked it up. It's non narcotic and not on any controlled substance list. Don't go here. Don't make an appointment, apparently they could give a damn less about you. Will not use them if they do call back, and filing every grievance I can against the Doctor, and the staff.
This place is great!! Dr. Tam has Is the nice person i have met!!! Her staff knows what up an keep me inform.Thank you an all the staff.
Horrible customer service. I am trying to get my kids shot records and was told to come down but doors are locked and no one answers the phone. Ive left multiple message's and no call back either.
