Don't ever go to this institution to finance your mortgage. They are irresponsible, disorganized and with a sense that the customer should wait for their extreme slowness and arrogance.
I have been in a closing with them for 7 and a half months, everything is approved, but nobody can tell me exactly why the closing time does not come, in the last 2 months they have told me that in the next week they give me a closing date and no I receive no calls. When I call, they ask me for documents that I have already delivered on many occasions and so to this day I continue to wait.
Even with the money, other mortgages continue to close cases in less than 2 months, so the COVID excuse is totally unacceptable. I have not looked for another institution because to top it off they would not return the appraisal and other payments that I have already given them
