I have been with Firm Media for almost 2 years and could not be any happier.
First of all, they helped me build my 5th website and it was the easiest experience by far. Websites are very difficult and time consuming to build, they did a lot of the leg work so I could focus on my practice.
Their team is excellent and extremely responsive (as in a few minutes). They recommend great ideas and we have collaborative phone calls and meetings to improve rankings. Our organic traffic has increased over 200% with white hat SEO, slowly but surely. Being in Beverly Hills, it is extremely competitive so they have been amazing at SEO. I also like the fact that they do not cannibalize the market and take on lots of clients in the same area. It already seemed odd to me when SEO companies do that.
