Extremely happy with our five year old unit. Professional staff who are very helpful. We're especially pleased after our recent cleaning and resetting of the logs with a very realistic looking flame. Phil did a great job!
Have spent $$$ at this place. They didn't have the thought process to make sure to inform me that a blower unit to circulate heat was not a part of the product I had purchased and when I attempted to purchase one todat. The 2 staff are overwhelmed with 2 other customers unable to even acknowledge that I was in this establishment.

We had them come and clean and service our lp fireplace. They did a great job and recommend them highly. Will definitely have them again.

They are very knowledgeable and the store has a great atmosphere and friendly staff, not to mention great product choices as well!
