Gene and Nathan did a great job. They arrived on time for our annual inspection and we did a walk through on the facility to make sure they had all the access needed. They set up their equipment and got the job done quicker than I expected. No complaints from me!

Fire Safe handles all sorts of life safety needs and I found their team knowledgeable and very helpful.

On highway 99 the owner tried to run me off the road by pulling in front of me and hit his brakes. I had to swerve and throw my brakes on. It also caused my dog to to hit the dash and was injured. Very wreckless driving. I sure would not trust him to take care of my SAFETY

This years inspection crew led by Gene Tubbs did a fantastic job! This is the smoothest inspection I have gone through in my 16 years here in the Woodlands. Gene and his 2 man crew Luis Duran and David Salsado were always professional and efficient. Because of this they finished on time and safe. I have no complaints! I look forward to working with them again.

They do have a good customer service concept however they tend to take a long time to respond to sometimes serious issues. It's like they don't make you a priority and that does not set well with me.

Horrible customer service took multiple technicians to fix a simple issue with my panel. Charged me for their lack of knowledge. Didn t carry parts on their vans very sloppy unprofessional worst company I ve ever used.

Absoloute joke of a company, way over priced, terrible service dispatch demanding I tell her all issues on a hotel fire alarm panel for them to fix it, pretty sure it s your job to tell the customer the issues. Would never use this company. SLOW, OVER PRICED, RUDE, SERVICE DISPATCHER LADY WAS TERRIBLE.

I've used them 2 times for a panel service and once for fire sprinkler. They were very slow to respond, took several trips because they don't even carry basic things in their trucks, then charge you for the extra trips. I wouldn't recommend. There are too many other good companies out there.

Been working with Fire Safe for 3 years now. I have them then in a few of my buildings.
They have a great staff, great technicians, great response time. they go the extra mile to get the job done.
