I was recommended by another store to visit your store. No thank you. You seem to only respond to excellent service reviews and don t address the negative ones. I the current COVIDSafe climate one would think you would want customers to come to your store and spend money to keep your business going. I am not going to take the chance I will be going somewhere else.

I am constantly disappointed by the quality of Fiorina Jewellery and the appalling customer service they provide. My daughter and I absolutely love their unique designs but after frequent return visits to have multiple bracelets and rings of hers repaired, the lack of responsibility and impertinence displayed by the staff at Fiorina has been a total turn off.
Myself, my daughter and many of our friends share similar stories of their Fiorina pieces falling apart, breaking or stones fading, to which the Fiorina staff repeatedly shift blame. We won't be buying these fading beauties anymore nor suffering their bad manners.

At first I found the staff not very helpful. Then I visited it again and found them to be a little better at customer care. However my daughter went last week to pick up a gift for my birthday and she felt they were not helpful. They did not help her get into the store and were not welcoming her. She felt they ignored her at first. She was a good customer who in the end bought a pair of earrings and a bracelet. It is disappointing as I love the product. She felt it was very pretty women like. The movie where they looked you up and down and thought you were not going to buy anything so we won t greet her or help her. !! Please be more friendly to others and if she should like to return to the shop in the future please treat her and tot hers equally with care and kindness. They are your customers who pay your wage. !!!!!

Im very disappointed in the quality of fiorina jewellery. I have brought numerous fiorina items for my partner. the last 2 items being earrings, and they are unwearable. The first set was for her birthday in March, silver coin cross earrings. She wore them for around 4 months before they started to discolour the side of her face. she had never experienced this before.
In October we were in Melbourne from Perth, it was our anniversary and I decided that I wanted to spoil her. so I suggested that we go into the florina store, as we have never been. We asked the sales lady about her earrings and if there is anything that we are doing wrong / anything we can do to prevent this from happening. i was wanting to get her something special also and under the guidance for the sales lady we purchased a set of gold coin pearl earrings for $2800. She had suggested gold, as they are more pure and should not discolour her skin. they started turning her face black within after the first wear. we were told by the sales staff to keep cleaning the jewellery.
I just don t think its realistic and practical for her to be cleaning them after 1-2 hours of wearing them. She would rather be flaunting her new earrings, but in stead people are commenting on the black marks on her face. I was told that nothing could be down. I was a little concerned considering the investment. They should defiantly of been of better quality. she has only worn them a hand full of times because of this . recently the hoop has Brocken were it was soldered on to the coin. Fiorina has again disappointed me, saying that I should bring them into the showroom for an inspection with the gold smith + I may incur a charge.
I don t feel although they are worth spending the money on. They are not to the standard of a high quality jewellery.
