I have been working here for the past 5 years, and gotta say that the work environment is awesome and the management is very approachable.

Great Company to work with. The management is very understanding and gives us ample opportunity to learn and grow.

I went for an interview. I really appreciate there team effort. Rather than other companies employee are more attentive than HRs. Interview seems pretty tough for me. First they have a general machine test which goes with grammar, latest update on technologies and little bit of your post. And a technical interview in which I lost so doesn't know further . One suggestion do tell candidate when they got rejected rather than telling Will get back in a week. Because people's get better only when they get rejected.

Great place to be at, and to be a part of! It's not just a work place, and you have a sense of belonging you develop as each day pass when you work here. Kudos to the people at managerial and leadership level for setting up this work culture which I bet you won't find anywhere else in Kochi

Very poor interviews with no consideration to candidates and without proper evaluation of profiles

I started at Fingent as a fresher. I should say Fingent provides a very nourishing environement for career growth.They have an amazing management and supportive peers. All in all a great place to work .

Had Ajay, Stephen, and the guys build me a web based application for my website that involved a bunch of selections with a canvas based design grid that would allow customers to create their own unique layouts (my company sells residential boat docks) complete with drag and drop functionality, a price and shipping calculator, and a deliverable assembly drawing. Their price was extremely competitive, they stuck to the schedule, and delivered everything they said they were going to. After working out a handful of bugs early on (they did this very quickly), the application is live and busy making me money. Great guys, great product.
