Picked the truck I wanted on Friday and put $500 h...

Picked the truck I wanted on Friday and put $500 hold on it. Went back Saturday,after doing the pre authorization, and sat there for 5 1/2 hours. On top of that both my wife and myself have 800+ credit scores and we put $20k down. They were gracious enough to secure us a 7.24% interest loan . We will be refinancing this loan SOON. I have been car shopping for 2 years an have just been undecided and nervous about the whole thing. Janssen who sold me my car has been following up with me literally for the 2 years an has been amazing he found me the car I had to have an I am still too excited about it. Janssen and the the team at findlay made me feel more comfortable about buying a car and got me great warrantee's an coverage that made me less nervous an more excited. No other dealership has done that for me please if your even considering a vehicle go see Janssen and the findlay team.

Went there to see about getting service done on my GMC because no one answered the phone. Anyway when I got there the doors were locked, music playing but nobody home. No signs or anything to explain why. I suspect a COVID outbreak but not sure. Maybe they just closed up shop.

I have a tire issue. I was here a week ago for a new battery. Service is great. However, no one in the sales department is wearing a mask. There is a sign on the door of the service department. You must wear a mask in the building. No such sign on the sales door. No one in the sales room is wearing a MASK.

After having a bad couple months with my car that I bought less than a year ago, from another car lot, I found myself at my breaking point and trip # 5 to the dealer with car problems. While talking out all my options with several people at the dealership, I ended up buying my first BRAND NEW car( car # 3 from this dealer) Everyone at Findlay was so helpful, nice (great attitudes and customer service) and accomadating. Now my car is reliable and I got a great deal! Thank you Findley

They also worked as quickly as they could to help us get on our way. The customer service was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend others to this dealership in the future.

My husband and I had a great experience when we came to the Findley Car dealership in Bullhead City, AZ. Jeff came outside and met us very quickly. When we told him what we wanted, he immediately had a particular vehicle in mind that fit what we were looking for. He didn't waste our time trying to show us other vehicles. He worked with us and our schedule and financial needs. Our experience at Findley was great. We both got what we wanted.

Gage my dealer was amazing, he bent over backwards to find me a vehicle. Tyler, the financial advisor was also amazing..he did everything to get me financed. Everyone treated me like family. Being new to the area I did my research online and knew the vehicle I wanted before contacting a salesman. Rick was recommended to me by a family member and when I arrived for my appointment he had the colors and cars all together for my choosing and test drive. When I left with the car I had the name of my loan company in hand and I was given a thorough walk through of all the features. I love my new Traverse!

I purchased a chevy Silverado there 2013 they tired to sell me it for 26500 almost 85000 miles on witch is not really a good price considering it had a few dent crack in windshield and interior stains they tell me they will take off $2000 and get all the stains out get the dents out and repair the wind shield they supposedly washed it looked a lil better but not washed they only put a seal on the cracksvof the windshield so it wouldn't get worse and they said they wont fix the dents because of the 2000 off then they tell me that it would be 24500 to get me in the truck n out the door then when i get all my stuff it says i owe 26500 if you wanna deal with shady ppl and want to get ripped off this is the place to go

Yes, we were just looking. I needed to downsize from a 4wd truck to an economical auto. Once approached by Frank, I test drove two cars. Frank took my needs of an economical car with limited resources in consideration. We were treated with respect, friendly and comfortable, while choosing and closing the purchase on a Toyota Scion. Thank you, Frank and the staff at Findley Used Auto. However, I suggest finding finance approval at another source prior to looking for.a vehicle.

I have to give warning to anyone interested in buy...

I have to give warning to anyone interested in buying a vehicle from Findlay. Make sure the price listed is the one that you are willing to pay because I found they are not open to negotiation. I found a vehicle listed for a decent price on their website, so I thought it would be worth it to take a test drive. I originally talked with Fedd and we went on a test drive and although the mileage was a little high for the price, I had seen similar vehicles listed for a similar price on Carfax and Autotrader with half as many miles listed elsewhere. But I liked the car and it seemed in good working order. I thought I would be dealing with Fedd for negotiations, instead a "manager" who I never caught his name, came and began negotiations. He gave me a listing of the price and included the extended warranty. I have bought the extended warranty before on many different items, including vehicles, and I've never seen the value in it. I can understand that items like brakes and tires aren't included, but it seems like parts you would have never thought of are not included in the warranty. So I guess the "manager" was totally insulted that I had turned that down. I voiced my concerns that I had seen listings on the Internet with vehicles with half as many miles going for a similar price. I offered a counter offer for roughly $1500 dollars less. The "manager" went back to his office for several minutes and came back with a spreadsheet listing similar vehicles showing his vehicle was the fourth best listed price in a 500 mile radius, he even highlighted the numbers. He told me that the number listed on the website was a firm offer and that he could not negotiate. At this point I told him I would think about his offer and shop around and maybe take him up on his offer later. Quite frankly I was unimpressed by his spreadsheet. In the time he took to compile it, I could have generated a similar spreadsheet declaring I was the fourth best looking man in Bullhead City with same amount of names and statistics. So the "manager" said he would talk to his boss about negotiating a better price. He was gone for several more minutes and came with a piece of paper listing what they had presumably paid for the car at auction and he claimed that they had put several hundred dollars in service on top of that to prepare it for sale. Mind you this was just a printed out piece of paper with numbers on it, not an official bill of sale or receipt. I was highly suspicious. I could have generated a similar piece of paper with my computer claiming I was the new owner of the London Bridge and listed the price I paid. He also did not produce a mechanic's work order for the said services. I worked in the transportation industry for years and know you can't lift the hood on a vehicle without having to file some kind of written documentation. And so the "manager" gave me a counter offer that only knocked off about $100. He told me that they price their vehicles aggressively online and that there was really no room for negotiations. That would have been fine if it was truly a blow away price and they had told me up front there was little room for negotiation. I know if someone responds to this they will use the aggressive listing online as a selling point. But you have to take in consideration that you're in an industry where negotiations are a common practice. I have unfortunately seen this quite often since I've moved to Arizona, people become offended when you try to negotiate with in businesses where that seems to be standard. As far as aggressive pricing goes, they could have listed the price for a few hundred dollars more and then dropped the price to the last offer and I would have purchased the vehicle. It is unfortunate I have to take my business elsewhere because I would love to invest in the local industries instead of having to travel to Las Vegas orPhoenix. I have to say I'm very disappointed.

Adam and Alex were very easy to work with. They each listen to what we wanted. My only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the sales staff or Findlay, is it takes so long to make a purchase. Guess I am out of touch since it has been 10 years since the last purchase of a new car. Thank you all for helping us make the purchase of our 2 new pick ups.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a used car from this dealership. The salesman was amazing... but that is where it stopped. The finance guy was rude and condecending, the vehicle had to be taken back to the dealership multiple times to resolve issues that should have been resolved prior to delivery, they only gave me one key and won't return phone calls about purchasing a secon d key, and worst of all 6 weeks later I find out that the dealership doesn't even have the title to the car they sold me, so they can't transfer it to my name!!!

I origanly went to findlay dealership for work on my car, it wouldn't stay in drive and some how it took 2 and a half weeks for findlay to find the issue, at first it was metal bits in the transmission then after it died again (never getting off the parkway) they then said it was the brake module, and now a half a week later it out right wont start in a parking lot after doing nothing. I believe findlay either have no idea how to fix cars or they find an issue and make it worse so u can spend more money to fix it.

I recently brought my truck in for work. The service writer did not record what I said and what work I wanted, as I found out 2 days later when I went in to pick it up. The work requested did NOT get done, yet I was told it was..and that the invoice wording was a "typo".
Upon inspecting my truck and starting it up, it was obvious it didn't get done per my instructions. Subsequently, I had to wait 3 hours Saturday morning (9am-12pm) to complete the work. Upon leaving I requested a call from the service manager. 3 days later, no return call. I also left a message online to contact me. No one returned my call to hear my complaint. Obviously this dealership doesn't understand customer service!
