Filthy McNasty's Belfast Review

Great spot for a few drinks. Very established and trying to cater for all ages which to the most part them achieve but quickly over run by students later in the evening.

Still a nice bar and atmosphere.

Drinks aren't too overpriced. Interesting layout, and lively yet friendly atmosphere.

Not Fithly or McNasty at all..A pretty, clean and inviting place. Disappointed yet pleased. Would comeback again.

One of the bars had no lights at all, so couldnt see a thing, even the bar staff has to use their mobile fones to see how much money I was giving them. But one of the other bars was much better music and lighting. But I wouldn't rush back!!

Was really worried about how this would work. Staff were brilliant. Really attentive whenever we got near the bottom of our drink someone asked would we like another. Haven't been in Belfast for some time but this allayed a lot of fears about it. Awesome job folks!

Something for everyone here with a cozy front bar that had the occasional intimate live act. Big open beer garden with lots of seats. Also a cocktail bar with dedicated mixologists shaking things endlessly. Upstairs club is a decent option if you're wanting to stay out late and they're always expanding. Only four stars as it can take an age to get served when it's busy as it's a bit chaotic.

Loved it as a student and it has actually held up well as the years have went on. Great to go for a day pint especially in summer as they have a wonderful smoking area.

Very nice atmosphere they got there! We stayed in the hotel just next to this bar, so we decided that we just had to go there for some cocktails. We had much fun there, especially with the live music!

Interesting place, good live music and a decent selection of drinks makes this a popular hang out for people of all ages, especially the uni crowd. Does get very busy and will regularly stop admitting people relatively early but it's a nice place to spend part of your night out.

Went after lockdown rules eased and they had live music and none of the bar staff or bouncers had masks or visors, against government guidlines!

First off, no popular brands of trainers allowed. School/communion shoes ONLY. This is Belfast after all, better to wear a nice brogue or steel toe capped boot than an expensive sporting brand.

Patrons must be "well educated". Please note, a third level education may not be suffice and will undoubtedly be questioned by tall, broad, skin head bouncers (You know the sort, smug second level educated thugs).

May offer beer on tap, although this most likely will be flat. I would however recommend the highly priced cocktails.

In summary, the door staff are consumed by a perception of authority, the bar staff epitomise the perception of a hipster and the bar itself is comparably to the "X Factor". All substance, no form.

Only been once but i enjoyed myself! Would go again

Place wasn't the cleanest, glasses were very dirty and one staff member was very ignorant

The best around bar and club in Belfast for a casual night I think. Bit smelly and dingy. But that's part of its charm. Try Filthy chic part for something a bit more up market

We had booked in advance for a table for a group of us who have worked together throughout the lockdown. Our table was reserved okay, but the service was shocking, the server came to our table every hour at best, and we expected better service than this.

There was one server/waitress and one barman serving at least 10 tables, and given the level of service this felt inadequate. The establishment was charging per round and this made paying as a group more difficult.

I wouldn't rush back to Filthy McNasties. We felt unappreciated as customers.

I'm visiting from the states and am used to waiting for my drinks. So it was a pleasant surprise to get served quickly. The Vibe here is chill yet quirky. Come here if you're looking to hang out with some cool cats.

A little overpriced compare to other pubs in the locality , but interesting ambiance . Another flip side no food.

Not a nice experience, pretty sure the Merlot they served my girlfriend was watered down, left after 1 drink.

I was in this place 2 owners ago when it was called something different. It was good back then but havnt been in a while. Alcohol is served so it's more the company you are in anyway.

Had a drink here, it was quite which was nice and we sat in the roofed outside area in front of a turf fire which was lovely on a rainy Saturday afternoon

Has recently been renovated. Not much change from the old layout. It's in a good location. The smoking area is quite big. A good place to go with some friends on a night out.

Not big into live music myself but staff are nice and it's a good venue.

Filthy mc nasty is a pub which is in Belfast Ireland its has a young following, and can be busy place for locals and holiday makers who just want to meet with friends and in joy a fun night, or dance to the hit music of to day, it is what it is a place to in joy and listen to the music and in joy a drink with friends, ' so if you are visiting Belfast call in have a drink

Great little place we popped into on a Tuesday afternoon. Divy feel, with incredible decor. Bunch of old ladies, post holiday shopping were throwing back a pint each, and some local workers. Cool vibe. Good music. In the festive holiday spirit as well! Must stop!
