Buying process was easy. Was out of work for months but still managed to pay my car on time .Now that my new job's pay period doesn't fall in line with my payment dates have been trying to get it taken care of. Submitted the requested employment verification form and my engine was still shut off. Will email back and forth with an account rep and they will stop responding with 5 hours left before closing. Very frustrating being that I won't be able to make future payments without going to work and my job requires use of a personal vehicle .

Crooks! Over 14% interest rates for their vehicles. The collateral and collision coverage requirement, when leasing to own a car through them is WORTHLESS! They DO NOT work with you if you end up in an accident that you aren't at fault for. They will still attempt to take whatever you owe them and take you to court regardless of a totaled vehicle. These 5 star ratings are either close friends, people who get paid to do false advertising, or are bots. Or heck, maybe these people have no idea. Don't let the high ratings fool you! DON'T GO TO FIESTA FOR THEIR CARS PERIOD!
I've payed them three times to fix the problem with my car and nothing is solved. And they want me to pocket out more money, to me it's ridiculous. I make my payments on time, and feel like I'm getting played with. And then I tell them if the problem isn't going to get solved keep your car. But she tells me do you want them to pick it up. I was like you supposed to convice me not to give it back. Like4realz.. To me it's like they promise to do this or that but don't do it. That's why u right notes to call your customers back. BETHANY Carter, Gills, Chad, BETHANY Whitefield, Nicole, Event. That's ridiculous why do that to a good paying customer. And I understand you have other customers and your not a mechanic but still you can't do that to a customer whose payed sight notes and nothing has been solved.promise after promises... And I have called several times but no help.. shame i guess im not important
