My girlfriend has owned a 2007 Mini Cooper S exclusively since the day it rolled off the lot. She is a very easy on the vehicle in contrast to myself as I am more aggressive on my cars.

This Mini, and the ownership that comes with it, has been a bit of a learning experience for me as I have only ever owned American or Japanese manufacturers. When a service is needed or something needs repairs, I never settle for anything other than the manufacturer's service departments to insure that the vehicle is serviced by experienced and knowledgeable mechanics that are familiar with all the nuances a vehicle may have.

I will NEVER go to the Jacksonville, FL Mini Service station again as nearly all the service that has been provided was slow on implementation, misdiagnosed (for over a year), communication skills to the customer borderline disrespectful and finally difficult to coordinate around a very ridiculous schedule. (Mechanics with bankers hours practically!)

Orlando Mini was a breath of fresh air almost immediately with our service liason Adante Cameron. I unfortunately have HORRIBLE scheduling, do not always get across all of my concerns in one call due to unforeseen circumstances or request additional information as a service progresses. Adante answered "ALL" or "RETURNED" every voice mail that was left with him about our service visit. I can place our call quantity around 4-8 calls in one afternoon over the span of 3-5 hours. Every call I made revolved around service cost quotation and updates, mechanical knowledge and alternative perspectives regarding the service options available and finally education regarding Mini specific mechanical issues. EVERY TIME I talked with him he provided me an answer that satisfied my concerns and was also a correct assessment regarding the vehicle as opposed to the Jacksonville Service Team's diagnoses.

If it were not for Adante and his coordination with his mechanic servicing my girlfriend's Mini (I truly wish I could remember his name to give him credit as well), her engine would have literally blown up. Those of you that are not familiar with engines and mechanical function, please find someone to trust, and I find this dealership to be that place. This engine's timing chain was on the verge of breaking and had been misdiagnosed as, "Requiring more oil", for over a year. The charges for labor and parts for a task like this is indeed not cheap per se, but had this part failed while the vehicle was driving at highway speeds, it would be an entirely new engine, and not a simple part replacement as had been executed there at the Orlando Mini Service Department.

So for this initial engagement where I became more involved with communicating with this Mini Service Department, I say thank you to Adante and his associates for saving my girlfriend's car from a very costly misdiagnosis.

I will always make the drive from Saint Augustine, FL to Orlando, FL from now on to have this vehicle serviced.

I really want to thank Anthony Ricciardi for my car buying experience being exceptional. Buying a Mini Countryman has been something I've wanted for a while and although this has been my fourth car buying experience elsewhere, Anthony made it so easy for us among others and he has an all around nice personality to deal with. Thank you SO much for your patience with me and not taking things personal! (Buying cars is always stressful for me lol) He was so genuine and helpful to make sure that I got what I truly wanted, down to the color and model. I put my trust into Anthony and he did not disappoint! Thank you very much for your help, I love my new Mini!!! I hope you are appreciated and recognized for your hard work!!

My company has been using Orlando Mini's parts department for parts for our customers cars since 2011. The parts department does a fantastic job. Phil in the parts department goes above and beyond in my opinion to get things done and to us in a timely manner. Tiffany in the service department takes care of all our customer that have recall or extended warranty problems. I can always count on these two individuals to take care of us or our customers. Thank you Orlando Mini for staffing these employees.

Going to dealerships can often feel taxing but I am always surprised and delighted by the friendliness and accommodating service department at Orlando Mini.

I have purchased many cars over my 62 years. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Pratik Patel was my salesman very professional and helpful. He is a great guy. There was no pressure to buy. The finance guy Chris was very good and professional. They also had drinks and
snacks which was very nice as I had my pregnant Daughter with me and she really enjoyed the Dippin Dots!

The 5-Star service rating is for Adante in the Service Dept. He is an employee who understands how to deal with a customer. He has always delivered excellent service when others at the dealership have been quick to tell me "NO", "nothing can be done" or "you need to speak to someone else." Adante looks for SOLUTIONS to satisfy the customer rather then dismiss them. The fact that he just drove me home (during crazy rush hour/rainy day traffic), goes to show he is willing to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. Others could learn a lot from him as to how to respectfully treat a customer, He is amazing!

My wife and I purchased a used Mini Cooper S Convertible in February 2014 on our first visit to this dealership. If you know me you would not believe that could happen. I usually do an in depth study before purchasing almost anything, especially, a vehicle. Sam, our salesman, answered all my questions and the Mini Team helped me drive the car home the same day.
I have had the car back to Orlando Mini for service and Adante, made me feel comfortable with the fact that my new car was in good hands. On top of that, the waiting room is supplied with a large flat screen TV and several blends of hot coffee, chilled bottles of water, and ice cream. Everyone in the busy work place were kind made me feel at home. I definitely recommend Orlando Mini if you are looking for a vehicle.

My experience at Orlando MINI was outstanding from start to finish. I went there to look at preowned MINI Coopers listed on the website. From the outset, I felt that I was being asked about my preferences and informed about the MINI - how it drives, what makes it unique - rather than being persuaded to purchase. Manny, the Motoring Advisor who assisted me, was attentive to what I was looking for and spoke candidly about the MINI's quirks. He is a longtime MINI owner and very knowledgeable about the car. During our test drive, he showed me how to get the most out of "motoring," as they call it, and how to enjoy the MINI's precise, sporty ride. And I did! I walked away with a like-new 2013 ice blue MINI Cooper Hardtop. The Fields Auto Group model seems to be all about finding just the right fit for their clients. This approach is refreshing considering the financial investment and the amount of time Floridians spend in their cars. If anyone asks, I will send them directly to Orlando MINI and the Fields Auto Group dealerships.

Edit to add another name to the list. Adante was amazing as well. He was very patient with me despite the fact that it was early morning, and I wasn't exactly awake.

I always have a pleasant experience at the Orlando Mini dealership. The staff is so very friendly and happy (they make jokes!). Also, they remember their patrons. The staff I worked with the last time remembered me even though I had only visited the shop once, and it was 4 months ago. This small personal touch is why I will always go to them for any Mini needs.

This time, I went in for a routine service check. Gio was wonderfully patient with me and made sure I was kept in the loop as they worked on my car. Sam was also great and proactive. Without me asking, he came up and assisted me with another issue I had. And of course, Brittany and Greg (the ones who worked with me last time) made me feel welcome again.

Thanks guys. See you at my next service check!

Very upset with MINI Orlando today. I have been having issues with my lease all year. Had my brakes done and my oil change done in January, a few weeks after leaving our oil light and check engine light came on and car is driving poorly. When we called they said it was no biggie all service was done and light would go away. It did not. Came back in April, car still driving poorly was told we had an oil change again and everything was ok lights were reset. Two weeks later lights on again, back again in May, reset lights and was told all is good. I bring my vehicle in today 9/17 and was told I needed an oil change and that it was not included in lease agreement so I would have to come out of pocket. What's worse is they do not have record of my visit in May, or notes of my issues. I relocated from Texas and have had 3 Mini's and never had these
Issues with any of the dealers I have dealt with in the past. It is very unprofessional and unethical, to say you service a vehicle and do not and worse don't even keep records. I wish I had a choice to not have to deal with this dealer! I really wanted to lease my 4th Mini again in July, but if I have to deal with this dealer I may be forced to look elsewhere.

He was super patient, answered every question I had, and took the time to make me feel welcomed without pressure to buy. Tom definitely went above and beyond the call of duty in also assisting me with the return of a rental car I was driving. I was impressed with how smooth the entire process was and the courteous interactions that I had with everyone who assisted me that day. The purchasing experience at Orlando MINI is second to none. The Motoring Advisers (sales associates) are NEVER pushy and are 100% committed to finding the perfect car based on your specific needs. They truly feel more like friends than sales associates! No pressure to buy a pricier trim level or additional accessories/features, just honest support through the entire process. This is the exact opposite of any other dealership I've ever bought a car from. Free car wash on Saturday, posh and modern customer lounge, honest, friendly, and helpful staff - what's not to love! The service team is great too - they'll bend over backwards for their customers. Jim Lentini has been my Motoring Advisor for several years now and he's absolutely amazing. Awesome customer service and prompt communication - totally exceeds my expectation every time. I'll be buying my 3rd MINI from Jim next month!

I once again came to Orlando Mini to trade in my car in order to get a brand new JCW Mini Cooper. I was floored by the excellent treatment that everyone provided to me during my experience with picking out the right car for me. Pratik went over and above to ensure that I was able to get exactly what I wanted. He even drove to Tampa to have the necessary papers signed off on by my co-signer in order to get my car ASAP. When Pratik was not available, Nic stepped in and was able to pick up exactly where I left off in order to continue moving forward with my deal. Mike in Finance was very knowledgeable and helpful with going over the financial side of thing and even extended a price reduction on an extra service for my car that I will not be able to get right away.

If Mini Coopers are in your realm of interest, you should definitely come to Orlando Mini. I have bought my last 3 cars thru them and will continue to do so for many years to come.

Worst experience getting a car repaired in my life...

Worst experience getting a car repaired in my life. Firstly, I brought in my car for two main issues: a shake in my steering wheel and my convertible top. After charging me $400 more than the quoted price for some unknown reason, my steering wheel was shaking by the time I got to the end of the street. I also put the top down and was unable to put it back up. I brought it back expecting that, after spending over half the value of my car on repairs, they would rectify the issue. I was told to come back and they quoted me another $400 to fix it. When I brought it back I was quoted $900 for the service they said would be $400, and they wanted to charge me an additional $600 to fix the top they said they fixed and worked perfectly fine. I'm a 20 year old girl, and I spotted a problem by the end of the street; somehow these professional mechanics were unable to see the problem after having my car for 10 days. I was ripped off and taken advantage of and ended up paying $3700 for a repair they have not even completed. On top of that they would like to charge me $1500 to fix what should have been done already. I have never been more disappointed in the morals of a company, and I can not believe they would try to take advantage me in such a way.

Orlando Mini IS THE BEST DEALER IN FL!! This is my second mini and I never feel like I get the runaround here - as a young women I feel this happens a lot in regards to cars. But Orlando Mini always takes the time to explain things to me, and educate me on the new models when I drool over them. I never thought I'd say this but I even enjoy taking my car in for service here. On the super plus side they have dip n dots and I mean who doesn't love to have some space ice cream while they wait for their car to get serviced!

Very questionable sales tactics and false information. Vehicle was purchased with balance of service warranty they said transfered as part of deal. When I took the vehicle the get first oil change they stated that Orlando Mini never transferred it to my name. Do yourself a favor and travel to another mini dealer for purchase.

I did not buy my mini at this location but been to this place 4-5 times now for maintenance. The place has coffee, tea and dip-n-dots ice cream with tv and wifi for the waiting area. Btw, Anthony is the best. Always welcoming and makes sure your car is taken care of.

Went to test drive a used vehicle that Orlando Mini had on their lot. The sales person Karina, was uninterested in assisting me with my purchase. Karina wasn't very knowledgeable either, she grabbed the wrong info on the car and was of no use in answering any of my questions. She needed to refer to either her manger or service manager for just about every question. When it came down to driving the car, there was an obvious issue with the clutch. It was to my understanding that all pre-owned vehicles went through some basic inspection. So what happened with this certain car ? So with that being in mind, I was under the impression the sales manager, Jim, could work some numbers with me. Jim was able to do that for me, but with a nasty, passive aggressive attitude. He was very rude with me and would cut me off when I was speaking. While I was speaking with Jim about my situation, he cut me off and reached for a hand shake saying " SO DO WE HAVE A DEAL ? " ... I told him I would come back later to finish the deal, but he wasn't interested in listening once I said that. I called them no more than 3 hours later and told them I was ready to move forward, they rudely told me the car was being viewed by another customer and that I was basically SOL. TL;DR JIM IS A PRICK

Our new car sales experience with Karina Blekhman, was likely the best we've ever had. She is not only a true professional, but knows everything about MINI, especially our new 2020 Enigmatic Black Countryman. Not once did she flinch at our questions and when it came to the final sit down, we felt confident that we not only chose the right dealership (we've been going to Fields MINI Orlando since 2008), but we had the right Sales Advisor for our brand new MINI! This is our fifth MINI! I wish we could live long enough to own ten more! Thank you, Karina! You're THE BEST!

Just had to drop a review and say the experience was great, overall. The rep that helped me (Tiffany) was very helpful and communicated everything to me.

I brought my car in for a Rotation, Balance, and Alignment as well as Brake Pads, only to find out my pads were fine and the sensor malfunctioned. The sensor was replaced free of charge due to warranty (that I had not known about), and also my on-going problem with Cosmoline dripping from the hood onto my fenders was address and even the fenders were replaced for free, even though I didn't even think to mention it to the dealership.

Anthony in the Service department is AWESOME! We have had some interesting issues that we come to Orlando Mini with, and Anthony has always made our potential stressful situations very cool, calm and collective. He is professional and very sweet. I appreciate his kindness and honesty and will continue to ask for him in the future. As a woman, it is nice to have an honest person to help me. Orlando Mini is a great dealer and has my parts I might need in stock, as odd as they might be. Plus their selection of cars is a beautiful array of colors.

I want to thank Adante who works in the Service Department. My car needed a new battery but I had issues getting my car to the dealership. He let me know I can drop off with my keys with attention to him. My wife dropped me off right when they opened. Dante had my key already on his desk with my information attached. My car also needed a oil change and told me about the special they had so I got it done as well. I've been a manager in customer service for over 25 years and this was one of the best customer service I have ever had . Adante keep up the great work with the awesome attitude you will go far and make more customers like me enjoy your pleasant customer service.

A wonderful buying experience........2 different times. Tiffany and Anthony in service are the best as well. This would be the 4th car I've purchased from the Fields family of dealerships, two from Mini of Orlando and 2 from BMW of Winter Park. I cannot stress enough how amazing these dealerships are when it comes to the cumbersome, often loathed, process of buying a new car. Kent Little, who works for BMW but assisted me in the sale of my latest Mini, is downright incredible. He goes above and beyond all expectations in delivering an orchestrated sales experience that is superior to any other. Simply put, he is the reason I keep coming back to Fields. Dan Ward and Anthony in finance deserve huge shoutouts as well as they provided a seamless, friendly, open and honest buying experience. There's no amount of thanks I can give to all of you. You no doubt have earned me as a customer for life.

My girlfriend and I were just beginning our search for a new car to replace her 2006 Kia sportage. We checked out two dealers that did not impress us or they were too pushy on trying to get us to buy a vehicle. My girlfriend mentioned that she wanted to go to mini to look at what they had and to maybe do a test drive. When we got there, we had the pleasure of meeting Jim Lentini, who was one of the sales people. He was amazing and had an awesome spirit, showing us just the models that met what we wanted in a new car after asking us about what we wanted or needed in the new car, answering every question that we had. Jim never pressured us and felt more like a good friend then a sales person. At the end of it all, thanks especially to Jim, my girlfriend traded her sportage abs got the 2016 mini cooper s that she wanted and had been excited about it even after we left the lot. Get a second opinion.
I bought my first used 07 mini and brought it to get checked on at Mini Orlando. They tried to say I needed $4000 of work done to it and that it wouldn't make it more then an hour drive without overheating. I made it on a 14 hour trip and my car is driving perfect without any of the work that it "needed" to run. Now that the water isn't over filled from Mini, it isn't leaking anymore and its running perfectly. Must be a miracle.. but idk if those happen anymore.

My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Mini Countryman S at Fields Orlando MINI. We had a great time getting to know our sales person Matt Guerra. No kidding, I'm starting to think of him as a new friend. He didn't hassle us, didn't "hard sell" us. He just helped us find the car that was a good fit for us. He listened to our driving needs and requirements like any person in his position should. Admittedly, did recommend an up-sell (which is his job) and we considered it somewhat. We soon went back to one of the first Minis we looked at and decided on it. After some brief negotiations (and a couple of trips to his sales manager) we all came to terms we were happy with. If you want a Mini, or if you are thinking about a Mini, go see my new friend Matt Guerra at Fields Orlando Mini and have a very nice auto buying experience. And yes, the car looks GOOD in our garage!

I had the opportunity of bringing a potential customer over to Orlando Mini to look at a few pre-owned Mini;s. I had spoke with Chris Cutting the previous day and Chris, (whom was very congenial and willing), was able to work out some great pricing for my client on a 2013 Mimi Clubman that really excited them and enticed them to come all the way down from Ocala.. Chris assigned Jim Lantini as the sales consultant whose mission was to help facilitate the transaction.and I have to say, Jim was very professional...VERY knowledgeable and extremely polite and accommodating to my customers. Being a Mini owner himself, he shared a lot of inside knowledge with my customer that isn't written in any owners manual or sales brochure. It was real owner knowledge. My clients walked away with their new Mini feeling satisfied with the entire sales process.
Dan, the new car sales manager worked closely with me to assure that his dealership was offering the same financial package that my clients had secured with their local credit union. It made the process so much easier for them, not having to run back and forth to the credit union to sign papers, wasting a lot of valuable time. Brittany, the business manager worked with Dan to assure that she could get a competitive interest rate and ended up actually beating the credit union interest rate saving my clients several dollars a month. That extra special effort added a lot of trust and satisfaction to the entire transaction. I read the reviews on Google before I brought my clients down to Orlando Mini..and was somewhat surprised about the number of overwhelmingly positive reviews. After todays transaction, I can see why! I highly recommend this dealership in it's ability and desire to provide a positive customer experience. Good jobs to the men and women of Orlando Mini. By the way...You have a beautiful dealership. One of the nicest, cleanest and well laid out Mini franchises that I have seen in the state of Florida!!

My husband and I just bought our third Mini Cooper...

My husband and I just bought our third Mini Cooper from Jim Lentini and Orlando Mini Cooper. We were helped by a very nice young lady Karina Blekhman. The people are wonderful. Very easy to make a wonderful deal. The service is outstanding. Not sure how many minis I am going to have to buy from Jim in order to get my mini computer mouse. But I will keep going back.

My wife and I purchased two brand new Mini Coopers countryman S, she loves hers, and I drove mine for a few hundred miles and it s a little small for me, so I took it back to see if they can work with me regarding a buy back option or a trade in for a bigger Vehicle that they had, I paid $41,500 for the mini, and they told me that it is worth only $26,000! And there s nothing they can do! I was willing to take a couple thousand hit, I understand that the car is registered and it has been used but come on 600 miles on the vehicle! Brand new 2020 car! and they are looking at me with a straight face and telling me that it is only worth $26,000 when I just drove it of the lot 4 days ago, that s not a good way to do business, and remember we bought two brand new cars, Corporate America don t care.....

After encountering a bad situation with my car, I called Mini and spoke with Tiffany in Service and it was a really great experience! She was super helpful and made me feel comfortable dealing with getting my car serviced there. After getting my car back, I was so happy because they did a great job, clean and everything!!! Everyone was so kind and spoke with me about any questions I had. Will continue to contact them throughout any concerns or issues.

Beautiful cars and nice offices, but the cars need endless repairs literally every few weeks and the employees (although super friendly) are not honest. The place is a polished money racket basically. If you're rich, it's not a prob (about the experience). If you're not, becomes a huge prob rather quickly.... huge relief when I sold my Mini and bought a Mazda3.

Went in to look at our first Mini and could not have been more pleased with the product and the service! We arrived on the lot and I was prepared for the typical car salesman hype. Chris Cutting approached us and he was definitely not the stereotypical car salesman. He was not only very pleasant to deal with and non-pressuring, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the product. These little cars are fantastic & fun to drive! We ended up getting a Certified Pre-Owned (what a fabulous program that is!)vehicle at a very fair price. a tow truck to come and tow my car from Bartow to their dealership and they will diagnosis
it and fix it because its still under fully factory warranted,Tiffany was the lady that was
handling my warranted repair she called me on 9/6/17 and asking me if i hit a paddle of water
with my vehicle i told her no and i explained her i was driving my car on the highway when it
suddenly stop and my engine wouldnt come on,she said ok i understand we havent fully inspect it yet,
i will have my mechanic take off the oil pan tomorrow,she called me 9/8/17 and now she start telling
that they were parts missing from the vehicle i was speechless my car is a 2016 with close to 13k miles
and its like brand new so i asked her what parts are missing,she said she dont know yet they havent
finish the diagnosis i told her that we have hurricane irma coming i have no vehicle and they also
havent provide me with a rental she said no problem i will call you back later on today with the
updates from the diagnosis,she called me back and start telling me that parts are not missing but
because parts had been changed i asked her what parts and she said the oil pan has been changed
with a newer oem oil pan,i was speechless it didnt make no sense i never changed no parts because
my vehicle supposed to be under fully factory warranted ,i had enough with her games and lies,

Tiffany, Adante and Anthony are awesome! Sales, Finance and GM are also very nice. They provide great customer service and help the customers the best that they can.

Phillip in the parts department though, needs to improve the way he talks to customers, he is a little bit rude and does not order the correct parts. I had to email the parts GM, Melissa, to get accurate information.

Other than that, I am extremely happy being a Mini Cooper customer (I have owned 3 and been loyal since 2009).

I am truly disappointed with the level of service that was provided when we brought our car to Orlando Mini s Service Department. The lack of responsibility taken for not fixing the issue and the fact that the service manager is trying to sweep their shortcomings under the rug is extremely disheartening. To say that you got the vehicle to start, but it wasn t your responsibility to make sure it stayed running, is absolutely ridiculous, and those were his words verbatim. We paid almost $1300 when we picked it up, but it s obvious that the original issue is not fixed as the car is doing the very same thing it was doing before. I would really like you to do what was asked in the first place which was to make sure the car starts and stays running until I turn it off. Please do the right thing and fix the car. If you can t, I would like the nearly $1300 I paid refunded to me since the original issue is still not resolved.

Detailed Review

We brought our Mini in to the service department because it shut off in the middle of driving and then after a few days it wouldn t start at all. Anthony Brooks and his service department took over three weeks to diagnose the issue and fix it . We spoke to Tiffany when we dropped it off and explained that it had shut off while driving and now wouldn t start. They first said it was the fuel pump a week after dropping it off, but when the part came in they said it still wasn t starting. So now the car has been there over 2 weeks and maybe a week later they said they found a grounded wire that was the issue and the car was fixed. We were only able to drive our Mini once and then the next time it cut off again while driving multiple times. I spoke to Anthony Brooks and he seemed to think that because they got the car to start, it wasn t their responsibility to make sure the car was running and kept running. He said, well you brought it in because it wouldn t start, we got it to start, so the car not being able to stay running isn t what you brought it in for . Really? I explained EVERYTHING to Tiffany when we dropped it off the first issue that the car had shut off while driving and then currently that the car would not start after that. And that s the excuse he gave me to validate why it wasn t fixed. I expect the car to start and to stay running when you call and say it s fixed. I shouldn t have to tell the manager of the service department that not only should the car start, but it should also stay running without any issues. I am beyond baffled at their response. Now we have to risk driving and having it shut off to get it back up there or have it towed to the dealership which is over 45 miles at our cost. Completely unacceptable.

Called to ask a question for the parts department. On hold...operator came back and said sorry for the delay I'll try again...On hold again for a few...no answer. Operator comes back and tells me they must be very busy. I said I'd call back.. Called back a couple of weeks later and got put on hold once. Operator came back on and said she would take my number and have them call me....that was at 3:30 today...Guess what.....Still no call back...I guess if I'm not asking to buy a new car they could care less. I just had simple question...Gotta be another dealer somewhere!!!!

OMG!!! I got through to Orlando Mini Parts department!! It was a chore. Had to call three times to talk to someone, but they came through when they had to - Great job by Melissa !!! Up to 3 stars being I got through..shouldn't have had to call so many times, so stay at 3 stars

Called and tried to get through to parts again. Another 2 times for the operator to get back and say they can't pick up now. She took my number, but I never received a call.. Back to one star. Very inconsistent

I recently went car shopping. My goal was to find a used car that was within two years old that met all the criteria that was important to me. I wanted a car with low mileage, still under warranty, that had great gas mileage, had plenty of head room and leg room for me and passengers, and at a payment less than $250 monthly. I wanted all of this and in addition to the most important criteria I was looking for, the best interest rate possible. My best friend recommended BMW Mini Copper Store. So I headed out Memorial Day Weekend and Visited the Mini Copper store, along with Toyota, and Kia. I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and respect given at the BMW Mini Cooper store by each and every member of the staff that had dealing with me. The Sales Man Arie listened to my needs list and he showed me only cars that met those needs. I test drove several car before deciding on a 2012 Nissan Versa SL. In the Negotiations, $1500 was reduced from the car price and the APR was approved at 4.39% and a monthly payment of $231. I told Arie to let me shop around and I would get back with him. When I went to Toyota, the sales man was pushy and using hard sales skills. A soft sell approach work better for me, but he was not recognizing that his aggressive approach was a turn off for me. Also when the sales man introduced me to the finance man and manager, they turned there back on me without smiling or extending their hands for a hand shake, and they reprimanded the sales man for not having me do a test drive yet and that he was not following protocol. I was truly offended. They should have shock my hand and then pulled the sales man aside privately. At Toyota, they were pushy, aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. The APR came back at 7.99% on a new car which was an insult. I was preapproved through a credit union for 7.5% on a used car and 5.5% on a new car so Toyota recommended that I go with the loan at the credit union and come back, but with how they treated me, I was not interested. Next I went to Kia. The sales man did not have knowledge to any of the questions I was asking. Also, they did not have the car I was wanting, so he was trying to get me into a different model instead. I did not even give them a chance to run the numbers because of the sales mans ineptness. I call Arie back and told him I wanted to close on the deal and went back the next day. During the final stage, the finance manager was amazing with finalizing the paperwork and I left a proud owner of a car that met all my needs. The level of service provided to me while working with each member of the BMW Mini Copper staff was exceptional. I am so very impressed with the quality of service provided. I do not want to forget to thank Mike the General Manager. On both days of the negotiation he personally stopped by several time in the coarse of the business transaction and shock my hand and ask me how I was doing, and whether I needed anything. The management at Toyota could truly learn something from Mike. Mike clearly has set the example of how to treat a customer and the rest of his staff follows his lead. An example of a great leader. Thank you so much to all the men and women at the BMW Mini Copper Store. It was a friends recommendation that got me to visit BMW Mini Copper to begin with, so thank you Gina for your recommendation. Word of Mouth Advertising is the best, so to pay it forward, I have already told all my friends and family to check out the BMW Mini Copper Store the next time they are in need of a new or used car.

Returning to ATL and the check engine light came on. Stopped in Orlanfo Mini to see what the issue was and the problem was resolved with a quick in and out. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They also repaired potential issues that my other dealership missed during its checkup a few months back. This is my new dealership. Love my Mini's.

I took my 2006 Mini Cooper S to this dealership on...

I took my 2006 Mini Cooper S to this dealership on the afternoon of July 13, 2017 for service on the 14th. When I made the appointment with the service advisor, Tiffany, I explained that one of the services I needed was a replacement ignition key. She said it would have to be ordered and they come in next day. I asked if it could be ordered on the day I dropped the car off so it could be received in time for me to pick the car up on the 15th and she said it would not be an issue.

When I arrived on the 13th, Tiffany was not there because of a personal matter, so I dealt with the service manager, Anthony, who advised me that what Tiffany told me was wrong. The key could not be received that quickly and I would need to leave the car for when the key arrived to have it synced.

On the 14th, I received a call from Tiffany to discuss the service needs for the car and the key issue. She told me she could ship the key to me when it came in on Monday, July 17, 2017, and she could walk me through syncing the key over the phone.

On July 21, 2017, having still not received the key, I called Tiffany to inquire. She said she would look into the matter and call me back. I never received that call.

On July 25, 2017 I called the dealership and asked for Anthony. He informed me the key arrived late in the day on Friday the 21st. He did not have an answer for why it didn t ship out that day or even on Monday the 24th. I asked Anthony not to ship the key since my wife would have the car and be near the dealership this afternoon, which is 40+ miles away. Anthony said he would get the new key synced right away when she arrived.

Upon arrival at the dealership Anthony said the key would not sync and likely the reason the new and old key would not sync is an issue with the receiver in the rear view mirror. I asked for a quote to replace it.

While waiting for the quote I asked my wife to go to the parts department to inquire about a price for a replacement antenna base. I believe the price given was $128 which is more than 35% over list price according to the MINI online parts website.

Anthony then returned with the quote for the mirror and that was $280 without installation. This is 25% over list price according to the MINI online parts website.

I will now order both parts with shipping from another MINI dealership, that sells for 10% over invoice, for less than the cost of the mirror from Anthony and the Orlando MINI dealership.

Thankful I have no further need or desire to do business with this dealership. Back to the locally owned auto repair centers that appreciate a hard earned dollar being spent with them.

I've pined for a MINI for years. I mean, really, really I've been quite obsessed. So imagine my excitement when the realization hit me that after heavy rains flooded (and totaled) my previous vehicle, that this would be the golden moment to not only replace my loss with a MINI, but to also do it on my own, as my first car in my own name.
However, I am in my early 20s, self employed and haven't had a tremendous amount of big ticket items to add to my credit (if you don't count astronomical student loans...). No problem. It is difficult to compare the customer service of Orlando MINI to anything at all, because it almost doesn't exist anymore. Pratik Patel was my sales rep. He was professional, understanding and never once felt "pushy", as I had experienced in the past. I emailed, called and texted about 7,000 times in a matter of 5 or so days. I received a response before I had time to check my messages, every time.
Mr. Patel probably thought I was bluffing, after last minute scheduling had me a day later and 12 hours later than I'd planned, but never gave me that "hurry up" feeling. I finally arrived, and was driving away in my MINI after a great explanation of the awesome features. In and out and on the road, just like that.
He was just so easy to work with.
I am over satisfied, loving the MINI and feeling like I couldn't have had a more positive experience.

Drive the extra miles and buy a Mini at another location. They will bend over backwards to close the sale but when it comes to fulfilling their promises they will deny they ever said anything. They made an appointment to repair a dent and taillight on a preowned car we purchased. Was told no need for a loaner because it wouldn t take an hour. Told to come at a specific time. Our other car had an appointment to have a part upgraded as well. In that car we found a bloody bandaid. As for the dent, we were told the dent guy wasn t there today, they had to find him and call him in. He didn t come till 4 hours later and he didn t even come to fix the car, he went to another location they had to drive my car to. We were grilled as to why we didn t ask for a loaner and we said we did but they said we wouldn t need one. On top of that, the service manager was eating a sandwich in my car while taking it to the dent guy. Fast forward to today when I brought the preowned in for service and an oil change. Car was purchased in April. Was told by 3 people an oil change was covered. Made an appointment and now being told it was never covered and had not been since the day after buying the car. All the manager wanted to do was discount an oil change instead of fulfilling what three of his employees told me. Never never never never coming back.

I wanted to love this place but when compared to other mini dealer's I've been to, I'm somewhat disappointed. Work on the car is great, can't get better mechanics than Mini ones. Wait times here can be excruciatingly long. Be careful calling for non mini warranty service, like on tires. I received the run around and had to go to a competitor for help. Still a solid place for work on your mini and will still be the only place I go to for car service.

I would highly recommend Orlando Mini if you are in the market for a new Mini! We made an appointment with Elizabeth for my wife to come check out a Cooper S convertible. Elizabeth greeted us upon arrival, and the car was all cleaned and ready to drive. After a test drive, she was worried it was going to be a little small for us, but she really liked a four door hardtop on the lot. Elizabeth grabbed the keys without question, and we went off on a test drive, and this one was perfect for her!

We thought the fun part of car buying process was over, and braced ourselves for the haggling, the finance dance, and the low trade offers. I can't tell you enough how wrong we were! Elizabeth had already had our trade in assessed while we were out on test drives, and had already adjusted the price of the hardtop from the window sticker to match what was on the website, without us even bringing it up. Everything offered and presented was very fair, credit application was super easy and fast, and we were ready for financing just like that!

Hailey in Finance was a breeze to work with, and we were in and out there too. During the process we met Jim, the Sales Manager on duty, who was also super nice and helpful.

Not once did we feel uncomfortable, rushed, pushed, or pressured. It really feels like a work family there, and it shows through in everyone's demeanor. Thank you for a great experience!

Never purchase a Mini Extended Warranty they are worthless. The dealer will do everything possible to avoid authorizing the claim. Had a failed Comfort Access system that made all doors inoperable. The electronic controls were embedded in the rear view mirror. They claimed the locks were considered an '"accessory" not covered under the BMW purchased XXL extended warranty that was sold under the pretense that it was a full bumper to bumper warranty for. $1099!. Never again will I bring my car to this dealer .

The following week I took the car to an independent mechanic that diagnosed it as a loose connection the inside the mirror fixed for free. These Mini dealerspeople estimated the repair at over $1000 If I was foolish enough to trust them. Beware!
