After years that I wanted I was able to buy the Giulietta LPG that I liked. But they gave me the car that had strange metallic noises from the rear suspension from the second day. Returned by the seller, I was simply told to go to the workshop and delivered the note with the phone number of the workshop where the employees, having tried the car, simply replied that he had nothing. Basically 0 after sales assistance. During an accident I was advised to use the body in the same building (the CER) by the same seller, where they did a bad job even though he returned three times to make it review. -> we arrive without anyone welcoming us and asking even the slightest bit what we were doing there (and it was Saturday and there was only one other customer)
-> we ask the first one we find, who welcomes us with almost indifference, and at my request he simply makes a quote to the pc (which I would have done comfortably from home) from the official website without presenting the car, without showing it without mentioning it in the slightest to the various financial offers that there are that I had to ask explicitly
-> briefly explains the financing plan without making an accurate calculation, without putting two numbers on a sheet to let me understand what I would have paid
-> while he is on the phone with us he calls another customer to ask for info and almost annoyed the sales consultant responds with a snort.
