The philosophy stated on their website is therefore incorrect. Extremely customer-unfriendly company.

The Lifetime Trend laminate is of very bad quality. While it's visually quite beautiful, the production quality is simply terrible. Broken edges, different profiles in different packs which don't fit each other, crooked U-shaped planks, chipped corners, rests of label glue and etc. This product requires 2-3 times more time to fit planks or to adjust their edges manually. And you need to buy more because you'll need to throw away quite a lot of defect planks. It feels like a very cheap product. You're producing it for years, why couldn't you set up a proper quality checks yet?! Very bad, demotivating and exhausting experience, never again
