Plenty of parking, well organised for Covid (temp check in way in and one-way system). Nice festive experience, plenty of products at great prices!

Went for lights and bought lights at a great price great selection even this late in December

I love this shop. Also, I felt so safe as their covid adjustments are well thought out.

Visited Festive Sunday 22nd November 2020 have to say you were brilliant at following the correct guidelines, checking everyone's temperature before going in. Yes we queued but only for 10mins and once inside it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other, it flowed and worked well. Cannot wait to come back (PS the big Xmas tree you have is amazing :)

Always excellent value for money...a lot of new ranges this year and really good quality...covid secure with temperatures being taken at entrance...and spacing markers along with a one-way system...well done festive

Absolutely superb customer service. Very helpful called me back when they said they would. I dealt with different people and all of them were excellent.

We visit every year. The range of Xmas goodies cannot be bettered. The huge Xmas tree with the changing light show is brilliant

First of many visits today on opening day....love the way everything is done this year....it's so much better. Wanted to buy it all....bought some wonderful things though. Can't wait to go again
