Have just had a very disappointing experience with this seller on Chrono24. I placed an order for a supposedly unworn Patek Philippe watch and paid for it in full and waited for the seller to send it. A few days later I got a message from the seller just before dispatch, saying please see attached new images of the watch, and asking me to confirm if I m still happy to buy the watch? New photos I thought to my self, how unusual, as if the photos in the original advert weren t a true representation of the watch. Anyway, naturally I questioned the purpose of this new photo. The seller then got all panicky and cancelled my order. I then had to wait a further 10 days to get my money back. In hindsight I m glad I didn t buy the watch as having studied the seller s new photo it is obvious that the watch was not unworn as stated in the advert but definitely showing signs of use, especially obvious from the wear on the strap. Another disappointing factor is the lack of any remorse or even a simple apology from the seller. He will probably try and wriggle his way out of this and will almost certainly come up with something to mitigate this. But if I was you, I would think hard before dealing with this seller. There are hundreds of reputable, honest sellers out there. Unfortunately is sellers like Ferret, who by their conduct, promote a sense of mistrust in this domain and leave a sour taste in the mouth.

The staff was extremely helpful and service minded and they seem to have a great knowledge in fine watches and fine jewelry with a workshop for repair on the spot - which is quite rare. I have been a client for years, so is my Dad and my grandmother! I personally love the selection of brands they have but also them own creation. All the Best
