The primary example in college textbooks of how NOT to manage and lead an organization. They treat their employees, more specifically drivers, like garbage. Especially some whom have worked with the organization for over ten years out of necessity only. Would rank half a star if I could. It has a workplace culture that leaves much to be desired.

Good place, compared to all the negative comments so far I have not had any problem. Nice people, especially stephanie! Neae mayor hightways etc. In general, good place to pick & drop load.

By far the worst sales reps and piss poor management. I gave them over 5 chances to win me back. My sales rep was horrible, if you hear the name Guiseppe... Run. They gave me a new rep Ralph. I spoke with him January 29th it is now Feb 16 and I have no email or communication from him. But I will say there is one employee that deserves over a 5 star, that is there driver Eddie. I gave Ferrero foods multiple chance only because my delivery driver Eddie was amazing.
