Ferrandino has subcontracted me on various different sites for all types of landscape and snow removal projects. They have been great to work for as a company and I can t say enough about my account managers Ally Lutte and of course my go to guy, James Ellington...they re professional, prompt, and make the whole process easier.

I've been sub-contracting with them for a few years. As a small business, it's hard to find work at times. Ferrandno and Sons makes it much easier to make sure we have a steady income coming in.

F&S is one of the better sub-contracting companies. There are always companies available and ready to work. The rates are great also.

We we're running low extremely low on work, F&S seemed like our only option. Of course, we would have preferred to get contracts on our own, but since we couldn't we started workingwith them. They have been amazing. They keep us paid and busy. Thank you!

Ferrandino and Son has a great reputation. They provide their customers with quality contractors for several different jobs. We've used them for snow removal and building cleaning. Very pleased.

We completed the job 6/27. I forgot to send in the completed invoice - my fault. Other maintenance companies have contacted me to say they hadn't received our invoice, but not this company. So I did send in the invoice and Ferrandino shorted us 11.82 on a 278.00 invoice - 4.25%! What is that? We would never agree to doing work for a company that TAKES a 4.25% discount. BTW, the work was done over 90 days earlier.

Always on top of things. Had an issue with the plumbing in my unit a month back and I was thrilled with how quickly they cleared it up. Excellent service, great job guys.

Well this is very interesting! Ferrandino somehow removed my "zero" star review. They must be trying to improve their image! Ha! Anyway, do not work for this company! They DO NOT pay contractors who work for them! They sent me to a Walgreens to install a pushbutton lock on the pharmacy. I did the work and sent in their paperwork, and then that's where the fun begins, next They asked for a W-9, no problem I sent that, then they ask for insurance, ok, I send that, then they ask for a co tract to be signed, ok did that. After 3 months, and several calls, they start all over saying they never received the W-9, (I have proof of all these emails) so I send it again, which makes the 6th time I have sent it, then they say they never got the signed work order. To make a LONG story short, I have never been paid and they blow you off at ever turn. I have placed a mechanics line on the Walgreens which is probably why they removed my review so other contractors don't see it and do the same thing. So be warned! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU!
