They sent me the wrong item, they stated the would ship the correct item once they received the wrong item. They received the wrong item 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from them since.
I'm a volunteer with Search and Rescue and Feniex was suggested by a fellow volunteer as having great equipment at a great price. I started with their 4200 Mini Controller, which was perfect for my application. More recently I've installed Fusion Surface Mounts and Cannon Hide-aways. The Cannons ended up not working exactly how I expected so I decided to reach out via email. Over the next 3 and a half hours I was able to email back and forth multiple times with their tech support. They offered great information. Still can't believe how quickly they were working on my issue. Thank you both, Arian and Andrew. All in all, Feniex is great, the lights are great, the controller is great, and I can't wait to buy more equipment from them.
Had an issue with a controller when talking with them the person I spoke with was very short and came off as did not care when asking some questions I wasn t sure on got a what I felt was a rude response and when asking for some stickers for use on my replacement controller head while mine is being fixed was told I guess and did not receive I ve got a few products from them and seeing there videos came off as very help full and that customer service was a big thing but I didn t really get that from them. I understand everyone has bad days so yes maybe but at the same time you ve got a job to do
Amazing product. Whats really makes them stand out is the customer service. I had an issue with wiring and they made me feel like i was the only customer they had to take care of never rushed me and answered all my questions. Deff just made a lifetime customer.
Customer service and warranty return polices suck. I purchased 4 Cannon strobe lamps and installed them on a 2013 F150. One the light heads itself became contaminated with moisture and stopped working. Feniex would not send me a new light head even with photos of the old unit filled with moisture, until they received the defective unit. Normally I wouldn't mind however I modified the light housing that the bulb was installed in to install the bulb per Feniex's directions, and now if I pull the bulb out, the housing will fill with dirt and moisture. I live in Juneau AK its a freakin rain forest. I believe Feniex knew they have problems with the cannon light too because the replacement I HAD TO ORDER AND PAY FOR to fill the hole has a different lens design. Only positive things I can say is they are the other 3 are still working after 1 year, Made in USA, and they're relatively bright.
Customer service is severely lacking, the products are good when they do send what you order, when they send the wrong equipment they argue that it is the correct equipment
So I have purchased and used their products for the last few years and I have been satisfied. However, my recent experience with the company, needless to say, I won't be able to recommend or make future purchase from them. I have a 4200 control unit and the relay is going out. I was told that I must buy a new 4200 control unit to replace the defective part. That is a $500 purchase or a part that is probably $100. That's absurd! If you want reliable equipment, Feniex is not an option!
