Food is great and the service is friendly. Only a bit dark in the case.

Gorgeous location, super food, lovely terrace and the tall girl serving us was amazingly friendly

We were a groep of 16 people, had a reservation. Even though Felix pakhuis says to love groups, we felt differently. Half of our food came with extreme delay (was there lack of personnel?) They even forgot many of our dishes, which added even more disappointing to the situation. The drinks had also been late from start. We were so thirsty and hungry. I felt sorry for my friends, And also sorry for the waitress and people who seemed to be full handed. I just don't understand why they accept then big groups if they're not able to handle them.
The food was okay, but it hardly compensated the high prices nor the upset caused. A couple of plates missed one of the main ingredients.
We were offered free drinks in compensation for the mistake and delay suffered.

Very nice terrace with view to Le Maas. Correct portions a bit expensive but we are in a famous place.

Had the unlimited brunch here, highly recommended! Good food and especially diverse, cake, salads, sandwiches and fresh juices they have it all.

Certainly not recommended. Word served in the form of Spanish tapas. Not a lot of choice. The Belgian classics but badly prepared. Were served lukewarm. .read cold french fries with some hand-grinded stew meat on it. Looks like dog food. Cool service and a boss who runs next to his shoes

Nice and hip place to have breakfast. Extensive. Only the coffee is not to drink. Place a decent coffee machine instead of a termos. The fruit juice is also of dubious quality. Find it a bit sad that they are saving on this.

Very poor service, first of all an incorrect drink was brought. Without a sorry! Then it was reported that there was no more chicken with the ceasar salad. We then ordered this as an appetizer. When serving, a salad was brought with a kind of soy / veggie thing as a substitute (without warning). The salad was just lettuce, red onion, croutons, parmesan and then the veggie thing. The bill was charged, with this a main course was charged. When reporting this, this was immediately contradicted. Finally a corrected bill was charged. The change was then, as very childish, all displayed in coins AND 1 euro too little. We are not stingy or unreasonable, but really did not intend to leave a tip here. Normally we always do this. Here they will never see us again !!!!!

Good food! Brunch on sunday is all you can eat but you have to make reservations.

After previously having eaten there with full satisfaction, I wanted to have a bite with my mother on August 15 at 6:00 PM. First we had to move to another part of the terrace to eat, so changed tables. There it was said that orders had to be placed inside (since when?) But that the order would still be taken outside. Then someone else came and said that it was not possible to order outside. Meanwhile 20 minutes further. Only went to eat somewhere else.

A pity, because undoubtedly still a great restaurant with tasty snacks that you can share in a beautiful place.

We tasted the burger, very good. Pleasant environment.

Participated in a reception, the snacks were so and so, could be better and the eclairs as a sweet dessert were still frozen. This reception in a beautiful location and super beautiful building was disappointing.

BAD, real scraper, tomato shrimp, shrimp have to look far in the mayonnaise porridge, and then dare to charge 28 euros for it.

Been for breakfast, very tasty food enough variety slightly less choice for smaller children nice location sometimes a bit too chaotic at the buffet smooth service by the end the coffee was on and the hot water was no longer sufficiently warm.

Located in an old warehouse type building by the marina / quay. A small but interesting menu. Dishes are well made and the beer is cold. Out of the tourist trail. All good.

Close family holiday with breakfast was very expensive to you.
We have already done several breakfasts and was 27.5 this is a very sad affair. No fresh pistolets but baking conditions, fruit overripe to almost bad (pineapple brown) desserts from the "pakske". Coffee of poor quality. Additional cava ordered for some dripping charge 7 .
The responsible / manager therefore be bokes lubricates the buffet witnessed a lack of respect for customers.
One advantage you have staff that there is and I know how hard this craft is a big compliment for them! This is no longer worth repeating for us.

amazing food, the sharing concept works great, you want to take 3-4 dishes per 2 people. getting multiple dishes does turn up the price a bit since most are 6-12 . The pulled pork fries are a great tip

Beautiful location. Air conditioning is a good extra, it was very hot.

Breakfast / Brunch formula on Sunday was great. Although the place was full, there was still a pleasant atmosphere. Price / quality to be recommended.

Only the (underground) parking nearby was disproportionate in terms of rates, the case could communicate better about it or even better offer a discount.

Not allergy-friendly at all. Food is really pricey for the tiny portions that you get as well. Plus, two of my friends were sick afterwards! But the location is nice and the interior design is nice as well

Great place to host your events. Very beautiful old storehouse completely renovated. One small remark; the coffee is not included..

Beautifully located restaurant. Went for brunch a few times. I feel the quality of the food could be better for the price. There's an abundance of things to try but they seem to lack care. I'd rather have less options to choose from and have the freshest ingredients. The rolls, especially did not taste or feel fresh.
The eggs and sausages were yummy as were the meatballs in tomato sauce.

Plates are cleared regularly with plenty of fresh ones near the buffet, but you only get one pair of cutlery.
Feels a bit inconsistent.

Costumer service could do with some improvement. Tapped water after three pm is apparently not possible. I'd advice every table be supplied with a carafe of tapped water, with a few lemon slices as a courtesy to the guests.

Overall, a nice place but not what one expects from the reviews or the price.
I was a bit let down, to be honest.
