Not a very caring experience. They have not applied for the subsidy for community service card holders so you unnecessarily pay full price. Dr Fleet does not listen. Referred me to unnecessary appointments at another Pegasus health site. Sending me to unnecessary appointments within another division of your own organisation reeks of getting your organisation paid and does not indicate any degree of care for the patient. Also suggested I use him as a counselor (wouldn't answer if he was qualified or experienced) and that would cost $204 an hour. This when I was asking for a referral to winz for a subsidy for grief counseling because I struggled to afford it. He refused and offered me expensive and unqualified counseling. This is not a man or an organisation that cares about its patients and I'm switching surgeries. I hope others follow and you are forced to change your practice. I'm disgusted.

Very good internet portal as well - for appointments and sourcing repeat prescriptions

I never back again..The place looks clean but the coffee at the lounge was like the water. The doctor's late without saying sorry and skipped one medicine on the prescription after contacting from the pharmacy finally I got them more than 30 minutes later. And I didn't have any calls about the blood test result until I call the reception. They don't care about the patients but busy enough for them.

Very accommodating within reason. Modern and tidy and helpful staff who know how to clearly and respectfully communicate.

I see Dr. Ben when I'm sick and he is one of the most helpful knowledgable GPs. Today I saw a nurse to get my Smear test done, Can't say enough how professional, helpful, considerate and friendly Charlotte is. Super happy with the service I get at Wigram health. Thanks Team

Needed a same day appointment for an ankle injury. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and speed of Mark - probably the quickest medical appointment of my life.

Very disappointing experience. I was told that a nurse would call back to discuss the test results but just received a text saying normal instead. Wasted my whole afternoon waiting for nothing. Meanwhile, I'm still coughing badly without an appropriate prescription. ( I was given the prescription for stomach last time, which was definitely not what I was really in need of).
As a casual patient, I am not expecting recurrently to pay $100 every time for nothing.

Friendly front desk team, and I've seen a mix of the doctors here. They're all very nice, helpful and efficient. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but that can't be helped since all it takes is one patient to be late/take longer and then it becomes a domino effect.

Always running late, will change doctor and see if others are any better.
