Terrible service, condescending attitude. PEOPLE OF COLOR BEWARE

These guys have been doing the gas lines in front of my house for over a month. They show up in the morning and tear up the street with no warning... dig up trenches in front of your driveway and give no warning ahead of time. I have been late to work on multiple occasions because they do not give us warning that we are unable to leave our driveway, much less the street. Over a month later, they are still milking this job and giving no warnings. They even damaged the asphalt on my driveway.

Did a terrible job at my house left a mess destroyed yard, said theyd come to repair never did. Did an equally bad job at our neighbors house, crew seems pleasant guys are a good bunch to talk to but from what I can see dont expect anything other than a hack job.

Just gave their employees a 2 day notice of a new healthcare plan. That's not much time to try to understand a completely new plan and save up the money to pay for our new prescription plan. But my husband really likes working for this company!?

I FEEL IMPORTANT AND APPRECIATED IN MY DEALING WITH FEENEY BROTHERS.

SAFETY IS A PRIORITY IN GETTING THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY. ANY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS ARE ANSWERED SO LONG IT IS BROUGHT TO PERSONNEL ATTENTION.

Sub-standard contractor forced on us by bay state gas. The work done on my property was poorly done. My driveway and concrete cracked up. Never came back to fix it. Very rude employees. Promises broken. Then they blew up 3 towns worth of property. Unsafe and unethical.

Hard working company, professional and the best around New England. Have been in the business for over 30 years and continue to thrive. Keep it up

They are TOTAL A-HOLES. Don't let them work in your town. They have a solid history of negligent work. Just Google them. Poor Gary Feeney, RIP.

Very unprofessional. They are a full year behind on a gas utility project that was supposed to be completed in 1 month. They do not abide by the quiet hours and will always start with excessive noise before 8am and continue on well after 7pm. I have seen many of their employees smoking cigarettes while working with heavy machinery including asphalt saws, jack hammers, and front loaders (and this is while working on gas lines...). They have also hit a main water pipe 2 times during this project and have required Boston Water & Sewage to come out and make repairs. Shabby work with very poor attention to detail. Maybe if they put the cigarettes down for two seconds and focused on their jobs they'd stop making careless mistakes and this project would be done by now. I swear I have seen them jack hammer and repave the same spot 3 times. Terribly inefficient crew working for what seems to be an apathetic company.

They have been working on our street, Colborne Rd in Brighton for months and have never cleaned up after themselves. Our street is a mess with dirt and old pavement. Wish the city would reconsider there gas sub-contractor.

The most amazing crew working in Lexington street in Watertown since a couple months ago (started around November 2019) they have been so sweet and such nice guys to me! They ve helped me get out of my driveway so many times (I m constantly in and out and they re trying to work on the end of my driveway so I feel like such a pain when I come and go) they never once complained they even offered to take my groceries in for me! Seriously such a hard working crew !! Thank you for making this loud and noisy project a little easier on us (:

The best career change I have made in life so far is getting hired by Feeney Brothers June 2018! I was very nervous filling out the job application as big changes like this in life are never easy!
I knew the minute I walked out of the interview there would be no regrets!! I am now going on almost 2 months of employment here and I can finally say I enjoy my career. I enjoy the people I work with, and I enjoy going to work everyday to get my job done make a living and provide for my family! Great move I made and great company to work for!

Looks like they get they re employees directly from the methadone clinic ,it s no wonder they are now under investigation,

Big Red Mack Truck Driver is a MENACE!!! Intentionally swerving into my lane giving me the finger Hawking his horn the whole time my nine month old daughter is in the back seat. Not cool to drive like that when operating such a big piece of machinery. Complete Disregard for everybody else on the road.

Whoever their driver is has crazy road rage. Saw him swerving around North Cambridge, honking his horn madly at a red light, and then literally screaming misogonistic slurs at the lady next to him at the red light.

He should not be driving a truck of this size with that sort of rage. (June 24, about 1:20 PM)

This company is currently doing work on my street. They left garbage (water bottles, etc.) on the stairs of my apartment building after they were finished working for the day, which is not only inconsiderate, but a safety hazard as well.

Very professional and HARD WORKING business ! They are the ones that started September 13 2018 Columbia Gas Explosion s.

This company has been nothing but an issue from the start of them working in our neighborhood. Extremely unprofessional crew and constantly starting before work permitted times by the city. They work they ve done is also the sloppiest work I ve seen.

Creepy and Incompetent. There is a lot of work being done on our street near our driveway. During the day, the Feeney Bros will spend five hours doing nothing but inspecting the women jogging by. At night, they will show up unannounced, apologize for not notifying us, and then most of them will stand around while one, usually black, guy does all the work. I hate the disturbance and hate the example they set for my son.

UPD: They left forgetting to connect our gas pipes, leaving our two family house, with 4 young kids, without gas, heat, or hot water. We have been calling customer service and promised by a semi-drunk person (it took three calls to get the address right) that someone would come ASAP and fix it. 4 hours later, at 10pm, no one came.

Exactly what the reviewer below said a year ago. They are doing exactly the same near our house now. They have been milking the same job that they somehow got contracted by the city, for close to five months now - digging and undigging the same holes around our house, over and over again - a job that was supposed to take a month at the most. They are starting earlier than allowed by regulations, block BOTH ENDS of the same small street, and sit in idling trucks for hours, making noise but getting no work done. They take long breaks, so the progress is minimal. They must be struggling to get work, as they've dragging this one job. Beware.

Do no be fooled by positive reviews! Some of them are fakes and some of them left by company employees (!) Check out the one by a "Feeny" below! So dumb they don't even care to come up with fake names. Also, most fake reviews are one-liners without any specifics - very easily recognizable.

Customer service is a complete joke. Don t waste your time & money.

Accidentally hit something that knocked out our neighborhood s water supply twice, for about 6 hours total, on a 90 degree day. Would not recommend living in a neighborhood where they operate.

Workers caused over $1000 damage to my car. I tried to work with them with patience and respect to explain what happened. I provided photographs, a timeline, everything. For months they said they were "investigating" the problem. The most recent time I contacted them, they had closed the complaint without giving me notice or a reason. Glad their employees seem to enjoy posting that they love working here, but they couldn't care less about the damage to others.
